    @airtelindia installed hispeed fiber broadband on 22 Nov stopped working on 22 Nov rectified on 5 Dec, stopped working on 6 Dec started again on 7 Dec stopped on 15 Dec not working despite complaints and calls. Return my money NOW.

    @airtelindia . After 40 hours my internet is still down. Airtel customer care is saying there is no TAT reflecting for resolution. Don't know when my issue will be resolved. Should I shift to other connection. Really frustrated by response.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Why does it take 7 whole days to merely update an email address on my registered phone number. To get an eSIM now I'll have to wait 7 days to first get the email updated and then the eSIM activation process. Some help for a mere emailid update!

    @Airtel_Presence Problem is half sorted. Disturbance in fixed telephone line still persists. Team resolving internet issue didn't bother for OTP when I said that the problem is not fully resolved. They left promising that the back end team will resolve it by yesterday day end. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence My Airtel WiFi has been down since May 16 and today is already May 19. Still no fix, and the assigned engineer doesn’t even answer calls. Seriously poor service from Airtel. Please resolve this ASAP. @airtelindia
