    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have just done the recharge for my DTH connection for INR 1120 and it has not been processed but money is deducted from my account. Airtel transaction ref. no is 200502255547 please help to resolve the issue. Not able to call customer care at all..

    @TikonaTIL @TikonaTIL -- in current situation where we all are doing WFH, no connnectivity impacts and you really don't want to loose you customer base by not resolving the network issue. Hope @TikonaTIL understand this else i have no option looking for #Airtel Broadband @airtelindia

The first reply I got from them is they are adding my location to preferred sites for improving network. WTF @Airtel_Presence, I don't have network because the Sim card stopped working for no good reason

    @airtelindia i never had this issue with act broadband makes sense they are pioneers in this space.. I have raised a request on 27 th with no response or support till date.. Many calls to customer care with no support.. Even the local guys are not having co-ordination..

    @airtelindia. Contd.. The worst part is there is zero co-ordination b/w these guys.. When i call the customer care they simply kept my call on hold for 15min.. I have lost trust in your network and in your policy towards customer support. You guys are worst in broad band space..
