    @airtelindia as you claim to have a very good network and have capabilities to resolve network issues very fast.. they why the network complaint raised from mobile app are not addressed and resolved rather they get closed.

    Airtel service sucks! All of a sudden my sim card stopped working. I got a new sim that should be activated in 4 hrs. It has been exactly 3 days that my sim is not working & I haven't received any assistance from airtel. The service sucks & is horrible. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    Reason I am putting this out in social media, Airtel gave SLA to solve my internet speed related issue in 15 days. That's unfortunately too much time. I do not want torture myself for 15 days with slow speed. Porting is 7 days task. Bye @airtelindia Excited @reliancejio
