  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My SIM is detected by the phone and shows Airtel, but it is showing Emergency calls only and cannot register on the network. I tested the SIM in both slots, and another Airtel SIM works normally in the same phone. Please check and help.

  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.   @reliancejio @JioCare : such kind of response and behaviour never expected. Seems basic sanitisation is missing. I have @airtelindia connection too . Never faced such issues. Ask your field employees to focus on real troubleshooting instead of insist for OTP and close complain
