    @ACTFibernet have been trying to change plan since last 10 days with no luck. Horrible customer care service. All is required to just change the plan. Time to think to move to other service provider @airtelindia #poorservice #broadband #ACTFibernet

    @airtelindia The DTH Xtreme box is faulty and I'm not able to get it serviced and even when I visit airtel store they don't have any info and asked to contact customer care on 121 but I'm not able to contact, but keep reminding me to recharge.

    @airtelindia Airtel- Get 10 Gb for 100rs or 20 Gb for 150rs (validity 1 month) Customer- Okay give 150rs plan. After 1 month---- Cutomer- I got only 15 Gb for 150 rs. Airtel- Its your mistake, You also have to change billing cycle to 150 rs plan that to by calling us, that to on IVRS. Fraud..
