    @airtelindia sadly my more than 10 years of association with Airtel broadband service came to an end. It was very good service.Because Airtel broadband doesn't exist in prime location of my new home in RPC layout Bangalore #121 asked me to discontinue service #Missairtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, I have got this issue resolved through a local vendor but I wish to highlight that RR Nagar Airtel Store Folks were UNHELPFUL, INCONSIDERATE, INSENSITIVE, NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC, as a matter of fact CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My ticket id is 21-4227272997241 .I ported from JIO to Airtel. Jio disconnected the service and i got message from airtel saying that I must insert the new sim once my network gets cut off. Now when I insert my new sim it’s not ported properly.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I applied for plan upgrade from your app and it has been 10 days and yet the plan is not upgraded, I've been speaking to your customer rep on daily basis asking for status and every day I'm told it'll happen today but nothing changes!
