    @airtelindia Since 2 months I have been facing internet down issues and I have raised 6 complaints, but only thing I get from airtel is a fancy apology response, but no resolution.. Airtel has consistently become the worst internet service provider these days

    @airtelindia worst services Had applied for new Aitel DTH connection in Bangalore, 4 days ago. Customer care is calling aal the day but nobody is coming for installation. Seems I will have to go for other service provider.

    @sunilmittal22 @airtelindia Mr. Mittal: I have paid installation and rental for an internet line 4 days ago. The order ID is 21-43993278468. Port is not available. Harish (Airtel Black Manager) is rude, lacks courtesy and this is a complaint against him.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have paid the amount 133 for 10 days usage and requested customer care to close my broadband and they just removed from Airtel Black & generated the bill i am not going to pay 1 penny also such a shame on you why i should pay arrange a call back

    @airtelindia Visited your Uttarpara, West Bengal store to port 2 numbers to prepaid, but staff at store said prepaid SIMs aren’t issued at Airtel Store and pushed postpaid instead. Very disappointing and unexpected from Airtel. Please help.

    @airtelindia Respected Sir/Madam, We are happy to inform you that an Airtel tower has been installed in  Hathyadka   village, Dakshina Kannada District. Karnataka. The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, residents face difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs. We hope Airtel will take necessary action at the earliest and provide uninterrupted network coverage to our village. Tower site photo attached. Eagerly awaiting the network. Thanking you.     I had raised request on May 8th to cancel @airtelindia fiber broadband and refund the balance amount. Customer care team closed the ticket without doing any of these. Raised the same request with @airtelindia DTH team , they completed the request in 2 days. Fiber team is bad.

    @airtelindia Guys just answer me one query, how an ivr is supposed to understand my problem if the problem isn't listed in your menu. The customer service is getting worse day by day and price hikes are increasing day by day. I cannot resolve my issue for the past half and hour.
