@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence horrible experience while availing new broadband connection .. advance (6 months) rental collected without any feasibility study and false/misleading representation..staff/agents are all clueless since last 1 week for resolution! Absolutely pathetic

@airtelindia the worst technical service !!! Reaquested broadband plan change ...it's 15 days completed and still technical team not able to fix the issue.They do not have a courtesy to call the customer and update the status....This is Airtel service in Bangalore

I want @airtelindia to immediately cancel the connection which was sold by fraud and an apology for such fraudulent practices on senior citizens. On enquiring they said you cancel after 1 month. Need urgent action!!
