@NHAI_Official @airtelindia @airtelbank Fastag purchased from NHAI and linked to Airtel payments Bank was blacklisted at toll.plaza. had to pay double charge in cash. Reason for blacklist Airtel says NHAi deactivated tag but NHAi customer care says tag is active but low balance

Hi @Airtel_Presence your network connection quality has gone from bad to worse, I'm not alone saying this every1 of my known airtel users complaints the same, its too hard to rely on Airtel anymore for emergency. Planning to change to @reliancejio. Fix this ASAP. @airtelindia

Broadband services offered by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is nothing more than pathetic. Every other day, the connection breaks down. They’ve created WhatsApp group to give false illusion of quick resolution to complaints. In reality, all they do is pass the buck. Such a shame.

@airtelindia I have raised service ticket on 5th june for my airtel fibernet. I have been constantly calling 121 customer care and the same thing is being told to me for last 2 days that my issue is escalated and the supervisor will call me. But no action till now.
