    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please note that in whitefield area, Prithvi layout Airtel network in very poor. Tooooo bad. Voice as well Internet so poor that I need to run out to receive call. Funny that you claim yours is fastest internet.

    if #Airtel_Xtremefibre is not available for a whole day due to @airtelindia fault, then why should I not get extra validity beyond their existing validity?? as i pay in advance for a period then i also should get the 100% service during this period. @TRAI should look the matter.

    @airtelindia I and a friend of mine requested to discontinue broadband but your customer service put our account on dafe custody without even informing about the charges and now I've been charged for that. It was a recorded line, will be raising a complaint in consumer court.

    Since end April, I have been calling @airtelindia endlessly, first to activate my package, and now with bill problems. And no issues seems to be getting resolved, unless I literally call several times! In fact, so far, it hasn't been resolved at all! (9/9)
