    Never faced such poor service with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever we customers face issues, Airtel atleast gives a positive response and get the issue resolved within tat. Airtel keeps cust informed if tat increases due to unforeseen things. @JioCare pls improve

    @airtelindia Recently taken and unlimited plan of Airtel broadband connection with 1024mbps, unlimited plan. After a few days my speed drops to 1.2 Mbps and Airtel customer care claims there is a limit of 3333 GB which is exhausted. Extremely contradictory. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how pathetic can ur service get. Since 9am yesterday there is no wifi in our area. Inspite of multiple complaints, there is no response, no solution, nobody is bothered. Just wow. Heard it's a fiber cut, but obviously u ll fix it at ur own sweet time
