    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have been using my Airtel postpaid connection for more than 6 years now. Also I used to make payments through Airtel wallet in airtelthanks app too. However that’s wallet is in inactive status now. Help me reactivating that.

    This is 5th time I am facing this issue. Even I called twice to customer care and still no solution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So why you deduct amount even if no service? 1 of the worst customer care. I have 2 dth and 1 postpaid connection will soon opt for other networks.
