    @TRAI @airtelindia Hi I don't how the new rules are benefiting the end customer, however currently Airtel is changing the package without intimating the USER . And when we call customer care they says it is a technical issue (1/3)

    @Airtel_Presence Thanks @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. All it took was 1 call to convert customer of many years to cancel subscription, when all I wanted was to upgrade my plans. At a time when I had service outage for over 24 hours now.

    @airtelindia @Airtelbroadband Right after payment of broadband connection, Service is worst. From yesterday installation guy is saying coming in 30 mins and in evening he says network is down so can't come. Wow! cancel the connection and return my money.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my airtel sim card is not working because of UNAVAILABILITY OF MOBILE NETWORK. Tried diagnosing the problem with airtel support application, it states that VoLTE is not enabled, but actually it is.(No problem with device). Please look into it.

    @JioCare Nahi. Ho gaya ab. Aisa time par 2 weeks loge to ho gaya meri job chali jayegi agar aisa service use karte time hua hota. Abhi bas ki nhi apke JIO ki. Learn from @airtelindia fast service it's just that they are slow in getting fiber connection in my area.
