@Airtel_Presence DO NOT LIE on social media. U hve clearly told me u are unaware of the issue or the time it will take to be fixed. u don’t even have 2G speed for ur net that u claim to be 4G & 9/10 calls gets dropped due to bad network. @airtelindia @TRAI

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia a complaint was raised 30/01/2019 with no follow up/resolution till date.Please note that until the call drops are stopped and Internet improved NO bills will be paid. U don’t seem to care about us so this is the only way I will pay u guys back.

My @airtelindia SIM card goes dead without a reason, I buy a @JioCare SIM card and it’s internet is pathetic. I thought airtel was the worst ever internet provider, but Jio is worse than that. 😡😡

@airtelindia On call i have clearly mentioned i cannot travel due to medical reason but will send all the documents with my husband will that be a issue. It was said no and the sim will be handed over to him on spot but guess what on reaching the store it was clearly denied.
