    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have paid the amount 133 for 10 days usage and requested customer care to close my broadband and they just removed from Airtel Black & generated the bill i am not going to pay 1 penny also such a shame on you why i should pay arrange a call back

    I have been the customer of @airtelindia since they introduced lifetime sim card in 2003. From 2010 I am giving complaint against their network services, call drops, calls not connecting. It's been 12yrs and still there is no proper network in my area. Only false promises.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Transferring my T-Mobile (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes about 2-3 minutes. Transferring my Rogers (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes no more than 5 minutes. BUT in a crappy place like India 🇮🇳, after SMS OTP verification and phone call verification, I am told my SIM requests are arbitrarily cancelled after email confirmations, and I am not even informed. Mind you, I initiated these requests from within an Airtel mobile app. When I visit your store, I am told by idiots that I cannot transfer 2 eSIMs to the same EID on the same day, as it is flagged as suspicious activity. When I asked them to show me this in writing, these low-level gutter scumbags started typical ego battles. How ********? One number is over 28 years old (originally a Hexacom number), and the other has been with Airtel since 2013. The last device change was in 2022!!! Who makes these rules? And now that EID is blacklisted, a one-hour process has stretched to several days, with multiple store visits for certifications! Why is India such a torture????

    @airtelindia One of the worst service provider of India, Neither customer care help us nor the service engineer . They both used to play hide and seek if you have problem. If you have problem nobody will help you, They are only there to remind you when you have to pay the bill

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's frustrating when you see a 5G signal but your data still disappears so fast! 😩 It feels like these big telecom companies, even the biggest ones like Airtel, just can't handle their networks anymore. We complain, but does anyone listen?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Complaint falsely marked resolved (Ref: C5AGD3EST20260413055817). Phone shows “5G NSA Disconnected” → network is available but my number is not allowed to connect. 5G worked earlier, ₹3599 plan active. Clearly a backend issue. Fix immediately
