    Amazing broadband / fibernet services by @airtelindia . Continuous resolution to fix internet connection from May 16. Lighting speed response from Service engineer. He calls more frequently than my girlfriend. Even God won'tt know how he manages 200 complaints. @Airtel_Presence

Then he raised a disconnection request from his end. But he said that the outstanding amount of 765 would be reviewed.

    @airtelindia @TRAI i hv an active 5G Unlmt Pack, but my data gets exhausted after my daily limit, and I can't continue using the internet despite being on the 5G network. This is not in line with the promised 5G benefit. Please look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest

In automative sector, cut throat competition and great options for customers. Mobile service - either useless airtel or ambani jio or near bankrupt vi. Public taken for a ride.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I clarified to her that as a consumer, I would not automatically know the process. I need the customer care team to guide me and the first agent told me that nothing was to be done from my end. She said she'll forward the request to the senior team. Again, I got no call.

    01145567287 I have an Airtel connection within Delhi which is on for 2 days on and off for 3 days every day and they prepare a bill for that too and send it. The service screen is *****, they will add the bill and send it @TRAI @airtelindia @
