    I have been the customer of @airtelindia since they introduced lifetime sim card in 2003. From 2010 I am giving complaint against their network services, call drops, calls not connecting. It's been 12yrs and still there is no proper network in my area. Only false promises.

    @airtelindia Its very strange that you do not give an option to cancel amazon prime subscription through Airtel App nor you allow customers to raise complaint to through airtel, but putting through IVR and chatbot which do not resolve customer issues. Can you help on this?

    @airtelindia do you need a decade now to resolve my issue. It is literally a harrasment which I am facing now. An issue to get resolved should not take more than 24-48 hrs to resolve but it's been more than 7 months now.

    @airtelindia I I am trying to reach a customer executive, but it's so hard. In the IVR, for DTH service, after entering the number, it asks to confirm by pressing 1, but when I do that, it says "wrong choice." How is that possible?
