    @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio The network converage in Nagarbhavi, Manasanagar in Bangalore is pathetic. Every call we have to make or receive one has to come out of thier house, we pay for the connection, can you please enhance the coverage ??

    @airtelindia whenever I trying to contact customer care through IVR always it will tell customer care is busy caal after sometime and disconnected the call. What a pathetic service by airtel DTH. I recharged channel to see IPL but channel is not coming. Very sad

    @Aswini06 @airtelindia I use to have the same problem like around a whole month then got no help from Airtel helpline then next I went to Airtel office they changed my sim like 3times ..... What actually happens because of which it didn't work well ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Last 2 weeks trying to get over 121 to resolve my broadband connection issue, but no resolution yet. Yearly I pay 30k and such poor service. What more a customer need to switch to a different service provider. #poorCustomerExprience

    @airtelindia Xstream fibre extremely sucks in my colony in HSR Layout Bengaluru - High latency, high packet loss and erratic disconnections. Airtel service says 'there's a server problem'. Frankly , expected airtel to be better than @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please note by mistake on your app I happend to select the 999 plan. I was looking out for the 749 plan. I immediately called up the customer care and they told me its not possible to change and I have to wait till my bill cycle ends. Please assist!

    @airtelindia In early 2000,airtel would send recovery agents, who were goons, to collect unpaid dues. Today, Airtel forcibly deducts money from customer account for nonrenewal of prepaid numbers on time. Times have changed, mindset of Airtel, a rogue company, remains the same.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews worst services by local broadband team in Indore. Executive visited and confirmed the network of Airtel Black. Get it applied and after 45 days simply got a call that we couldn't process your request. Gold customer since last 3 yrs. Worst experience.

    @airtelindia @S_BhartiMittal It's really pathetic that instead of improving network, Airtel keeps imposing panelty on my postpaid bill. I was loyal to Airtel but would love to switch to other network as it seems impossible that this network problem will ever be resolved now.
