    @ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issues from last week or so and haven't received any resolution for ticket and support team is responding arrogantly as well, if this is the kind of service I would rather switch to other providers @airtelindia etc.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence team in this months airtel bill I find 999 added towards amazon prime subscription. I have never taken this subscription through airtel then why pay for it. I request a reversal of this at the earliest

    As per speed test today morning my download speed is around 1.5 mbps and upload is similar and @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has done nothing yet for the rectification on the same for months. Sorry, the service is execrable ! Service is only as good as speeds

    @Airtel_Presence Despite DoT grievance & appeal, @airtelindia has refused to adjudicate ₹147 mobile data expense incurred due to broadband outage starting 14 Jan. Grievances closed without addressing monetary claim. Filing Consumer Commission complaint next. Ref: NCH 8621173.

    @airtelindia I have been facing a persistent issue with your service and despite reaching out 3–4 times through the Airtel app and customer care, there has been absolutely no resolution. This level of service is highly disappointing and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
