    @airtelindia . Looks like you have invented #timemachine :-). raised complaint on 20th, promised to be resolved on 21st (9:30 AM). Get multiple SMS on this yday. Today to my surprise I get an SMS you are sending your tech to resolve the issue by 21/Jul 9:30

    @airtelindia #Internet #Speed has been worst in Ecospace Bellandur #Bangalore I use to get around 50 Mpbs on LTE earlier and recently its not even 1 Mbps #hopeless

I'm using #ION and trust me whenever I raise ticket they call me within 10 min and service is also good.     It's crazy how I have been trying to port my sim to Airtel but even after 3 port requests in last 15 days, @airtelindia executive does not arrive at my place for sim delivery. The reason - There are no other sim deliveries in your area. Pathetic service!

    @TRAI @airtelindia is blocking emergency OTP’s for not opting their plan. Is this mandatory to have Aadhaar in our country. Most of us suffering from this issue are you blind. For this otp’s their minimum recommendation amount 79Rs per month. I don’t have this expensive budget.
