@airtelindia Hi team, I found that airtel setup xtream box is worst. I thought this will help to convert my TV to Android but not true. This box won't support install apps / if I won't recharge box apps like YouTube/prime should work until I have internet connection . .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer support for even Postpaid Customers. I am not able to call on numbers starting with 1860, your call center registers it under Bad Network and ask for 4 working days. No complaint number in SMS. TERRIBLE THAT I CANT MAKE A PHONE CALL

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys, please take the xtreme set top box back! It’s frustrating to another level. Restarts every 2 mins, configuration is so slow. Channel info doesn’t show up half the time & the apps downloaded have to be reinstalled every fortnight! #disappointed

Whether it’s @reliancejio or @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN /@Idea , if we want to use the Mobile Services, it’s mandatory to pay for the services whatsoever prices they fix! No need to keep bugging about the Price Hike! We must know how to manage our usage.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think customer care service centers are just for blunder you people keeping when I call it goes to ivr and say we are transferring to then you people say to wait and after some time it disconnect and with that you people even charge what a airtel

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i got the recharge line up before the price hike, however to my shock, you guys discontinued my existing recharge which was still active for good 75 days.. on call to cc told nothing can be done.. this is really bad.. no expected from airtel
