I live in the center of Bangalore city and I can’t use 4g data. You guys advertise saying Airtel is India #1 4G network which is really a lie.

@sanchityadav509 @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @airtelindia I have been complaining about the same issue since January 2020 and Airtel is least bothered to resolve it. @DoT_India Airtel is really looting money from their customers and not providing service worth of recharge amount.

Congratulations @airtelindia for providing a new Fiber connection to a new customer in my apartment faster than upgrading my V-FIber (3+ years customer). I was not even informed that Fiber is available in my area. Perhaps, I should also become a new customer.
