The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

On complaining, customer care says we will call back in 4 hours but never got a call back.😡

I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning.
