    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @airtelindia refuses to help. I've already told them my problem, yet they're sending me a link to recharge again. I've recharged on the first of Jan, and now I'm not getting data. Then a data recharge. Still no data. What is the scene here airtel? @Airtel_Presence

    The customer service has failed to resolve my issue and this leads me to request @airtelindia for a full waiver for the mess that their agent created OR help me switch to Jio ASAP . #airtel

    @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , Its extremely disappointing that Airtel's service level has gone this bad that fixed Line of number 08040964147 (Account no 7005537594) is down from last 4days and none has responded yet despite your call centre's assurance on 2nd Dec'22..

    @airtelindia looks like your DTG guys don’t understand customer request about not to receive . Even after telling n-th time that there is no requirement for t the DTH connection they keep on calling me . Even after blocking one number they call from another number 1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hey Airtel, Not sure whats really wrong with your service Even after upgrading the service to optic fibre am experiencing intermittent connectivity issues and there is no improvement in internet speed Broadband line is also down.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No internet since last 2 hrs. SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. It's a working day.I don't hv any option.

    Requested for house shifting in Airtel broadband on 24th but still not done. Such a Bad experience with Airtel. i will Recomend anyone to take Airtel broadband. @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    I genuinely regret having to post this publicly, but after endless frustration, I have no other option. My experience with @airtelindia has been nothing short of mentally exhausting and incredibly disappointing. The level of customer service is absolutely pathetic. Trying to reach a human representative feels impossible, and the Airtel Thanks App is practically useless when you actually need support. All I wanted was to shift my broadband connection barely 100 metres away, yet despite repeated attempts, there has been no resolution. This kind of negligence towards paying customers is unacceptable. What's even worse is that for the past one year, I have been facing frequent internet disruptions. Every single month, I lose around 7 days of service despite paying for the entire month. I end up paying for a service that I simply don't receive. The constant follow-ups, unanswered requests, and complete lack of accountability have been mentally draining. Customers shouldn't have to beg for a service they're already paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Airtel to anyone. A company that fails to provide reliable service and basic customer support doesn't deserve its customers' trust. Airtel is far far away from quality, neither they have quality network nor the staff representing the customer care service. Extremely disappointed. 👎🙏 @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia I’m distressed by unprofessional staff who ignore others’ time. I paid for Wi‑Fi in New Delhi 3 days ago; tech promised 14 July, then kept saying “today” and now won’t answer. Your app has no complaints option and I can’t get a refund. Fix this and refund me now.
