@airtelindia Guys, your caller tune service has degraded drastically to a point that firstly not much choices are present for me, secondly even if I choose a caller tune, it abruptly stops while playing. This is such an irate. You can refer Wynk music app to confirm this.

Hello @TRAI @DoT_India, I have subscribed to Full DND, and still getting a lot of promotional messages and calls daily. I have reported many SMSes via app. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence doesn’t seem to be bothered about issue. Haven’t taken action on single report. No update.

@Airtel_Presence new customers on-boarding. So, this makes me think whether @airtelindia is doing some sort of anti-consumer strategy where they are pushing every new customer to join postpaid plans to generate more revenue. Well, I sincerely hope that isn't true. -4/5
