I was told dat new tower will be added by Jan 2019 after i waited for 3 yrs but still no improvement. Either you fix it immediately or loose ur Cx forever.

They have been so good, I'm not even able to think about switching to other providers even though I got better offers from Hathway, ACT and Jio. I'm not familiar with how Jio works on customer support.
