@airtelindia Pathetic customer Service. Tweeting this while listening to the on hold music. One in person visit to the Airtel store, three phone calls to 121 and yet the issue is not resolved. Servers are down on all three occasions. Extremely Dissatisfied!

@airtelindia I am quite upset with your 3G/4G network. Since last 10-15 days unable to use my data as it shows 2G signal only. Done all possible way to sort out the matter. But now I am hopeless. Everyday I have to borrow data by using hot spot of those colleagues who are having JIO.
