@sanchityadav509 @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @airtelindia I have been complaining about the same issue since January 2020 and Airtel is least bothered to resolve it. @DoT_India Airtel is really looting money from their customers and not providing service worth of recharge amount.

@airtelindia I am using Airtel broadband. But to my utter surprise the customer care isn't helping with the speed issue. My work is getting super effected by this. Besides I don't know why the local technicians whom customer care claim will help ain't doing anything.

I live in the center of Bangalore city and I can’t use 4g data. You guys advertise saying Airtel is India #1 4G network which is really a lie.

@airtelindia Now a days 4g network in my area is negligible. Network is very unstable and internet speed is very low like 10to45 kbps. Worst service from Airtel. Airtel provides 2g facilities in terms of 4g pack. Same on Airtel
