SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. By mistake converted to postpaid asked to cnvrt back to prepaid.They didwithout telling previous recharge will lapse. Now telling my recharge lapsed.Pathetic service.
