    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There was a issue of frequent disconnection of internet. Yesterday one of the technical team person visited,now the internet is completely down. They are not responding to calls as well. Service req no 138256858. I need an immediate resolution.

    Its often reffered to as the age of Internet that has catapaulted the Indian Economy on a fastrack....but in this internet age, @airtelindia takes 15 days to resolve an internet issue on a state change sim, and expects you to sit on your hands for that duration.

    @AirtelLtd @airtelindia I am not able to make call to any number which start with 186 for example -18602661177 it says you don't have sufficient balance however my airtell pack is valid till 30th oct. I have visited to the airtell shop also with the complain but they didn't help

    Manual permission is taking forever to get approval. How many days we are supposed to wait. Worst service for disabled people. And who is responsible if the stolen sim is misused as it's not blocked yet. Will @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence take responsibility for that...

    @airtelindia Extremely worst experience given by Airtel since 3 days, no network in my area. it's not single user problem under this pin 843324 and under 20km there is no signal in mobile and more than 30 lakhs user effected Troubleshooting already done while reinserting SIM.

    Hello @TRAI,kindly allow me to port out of a @airtelindia sim to other operator before 90 days. He doesn't listen the problem neither solve or take it seriously.When i call 198, he only says that wait 1 hr all will be good, now again you call he says wait 4 hr and again and again

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia give me a valid reason for the deduction of money. If I have not accepted or declined call, send me your written policies where a customer is entitled for a deduction ? I would like to speak to your manager in this regard and would escalate this matter.
