I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. Despite repeated complaints, there seems to be no meaningful action to improve the network. Is this what Airtel calls a reliable network?
