The worst thing about companies like Airtel these days is when you go to an Airtel store they tell u to call 121. And when u call 121 they ask to go to nearest Airtel store. Meanwhile @airtelindia will reply to this saying pls DM your number and we will call you. They never do.

@ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

@airtelindia @airtelnews first inptove your 2G and 4G signal quality in India, then think about 5G. Worest signals from last 2 months. Every time you will send a message after raising a complain that you have improved it. But 4G net speed is 0.3MBPS in Hyd. #worestnetworkairtel
