@Airtel_Presence is lying to get it's customer signed on to broadband plans. Telling us that you get 6months+2months free, total of 8months when getting a new connection. Only to find out 6months later that 2months extra is applicable only on renewal #airtelbroadband @airtelindia

@airtelindia : Your broadband service at Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore (Pin Code: 560035) really sucks these days. After every 3-4 days your service is down in this area and the error is always "Outrage" like since yesterday. Please look into this.

They will charge you for that too, even if you have opted for higher plan. If you raise ticket, it will be closed without resolution. And Airtel black is a scam.
