    @IAnnapurnna @airtelindia None of the DTH are Customer friendly! I used to get 100+ channels for 300 rupess. Now I get approximately less than 10 channels! And our government agencies are hand in glove with these money minters! 😡

    @airtelindia my broadband should give unlimited 100mpbs I am getting only 10 mpbs i am unable to do my work and this is happening in bangalore I tried calling customer care, emailed, no response, I've paid for an year even if i loose money I'll change my connection to @fiber_jio

    @airtelindia it’s height of service negligence already suffered from call drops network issue internet speed and now suddenly my sim stop working and when I approached near by Airtel Center to change sim issue could not be resolvered even in two days n I m still waiting grt work

    @airtelindia's Airtel Thanks and 121 are classic examples of how customer oriented services shouldn't be designed. Airtel Thanks bot provides an ETA of 11 days for data issues and doesn't provides an option to explain issue in detail.
