My god, has @airtelindia services gone for a toss during COVID. Every other day there is broadband outage. I completely understand why Jio nipped you in the bud. I will be pretty chuffed if you decide to get your **** together. I have been a loyal airtel user for almost a decade.

@airtelindia how do we resolve issue related to recharge, neither the app nor customer care nor writhing an email is helping. I have done a recharge of 2398 on my wife number but no reacharge done and payment is debited. I am getting no option on any digital platform to raise.
