@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews It seems airtel does not care. It was told problem will be solved by 7 PM yesterday but technician also told lie and did not come. It seems we should reach out to all residents & migrate to operators providing high speed fiber internet. Thanks for not caring about customers.

@airtelindia I got an Xtreme connection on 16th and it’s not working from 21st 11AM. Complained to your call centre, some technician called and he asked me to call another number. Today’s is 22nd 6 PM and for more than 30 hours no internet. 2 days out of 6- no internet.

How do you get in touch or request a call back? Despite saying there's VIP service for Platinum customers it truly is horrible @airtelindia 3 days after taking 5 new connections is this is your service, will definitely have to reconsider.

Have just taken the One Airtel plan last week and they still haven't come to install wifi connection & no one's responding or even calling back? @airtelindia The service manager is not responding & there's no way to report this on the app. Please fix this. #Airtel #AirtelOne

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm told by Airtel engineer that Airtel Fiber Broadband delivers only upto 40Mbps speed on 2.4Ghz network, despite capacity of upto 150Mbps in the said Band. Is it correct? I'm getting between 10-40Mbps speed in 2.4Ghz band for 200Mbps connection.
