They told me that most of customer have encountered this issue. Once my package is over I'm porting to jio.

Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. It's a working day.I don't hv any option.
