@airtelindia Hi team, I found that airtel setup xtream box is worst. I thought this will help to convert my TV to Android but not true. This box won't support install apps / if I won't recharge box apps like YouTube/prime should work until I have internet connection . .

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Shame on you people, only raising and concentrating on tariff hike, past 2 years concern, issue, no improvements at all calls not working lot of call drops, simply paying you every month, if you not able to give service, shut your company and go die.

I was a loyal customer of airtel till today from past 6 years , Was very happy with my regular recharge plan from past one year but now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has increased price and reduced number of days for that plan. Hence I need to change my Sim card.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys, please take the xtreme set top box back! It’s frustrating to another level. Restarts every 2 mins, configuration is so slow. Channel info doesn’t show up half the time & the apps downloaded have to be reinstalled every fortnight! #disappointed

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer support for even Postpaid Customers. I am not able to call on numbers starting with 1860, your call center registers it under Bad Network and ask for 4 working days. No complaint number in SMS. TERRIBLE THAT I CANT MAKE A PHONE CALL

@nch14404 help me it’s more than 1 month after porting to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence complained with Nodal officer and later with Nodal officer. Pathetic response. Even lodged complaint with @DoT_India @TRAI .clear violation of consumer rights.I want to file a suite in court.

@airtelindia service is extremely disappointing..one pays for Airtel extender POD ( mesh) upfront 1k deducted last Friday and after 4 days, no response or update. Even after having called the helpline. Such is the benefit of being Airtel Platinum Customer for last 10 yrs.
