    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care providers keep the customers in disguise and tell two different policies when called twice. Raised a dispute with NCH to resolve my issue after not getting a resolution from your end.

    This is 5th time I am facing this issue. Even I called twice to customer care and still no solution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So why you deduct amount even if no service? 1 of the worst customer care. I have 2 dth and 1 postpaid connection will soon opt for other networks.

    It's such a shame that you @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank @airtelindia aren't able resolve a simple issue that I'm facing with your Airtel Payments Bank since October last year. I only get to hear we will fix it in 48 working hours. Alas! I guess 48 hours for you means 48 years.
