Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. I was charged ₹250 for an engineer visit despite being a 15+ year Tata Sky/Tata Play customer. Customer loyalty deserves better. Many other DTH operators don't charge loyal customers for such visits.
