@airtelindia hi, there is no reliability/stability in your broadband connection. Getting disconnected periodically. Atleast 2-3 times a month. Not good and it is wasting my time and productivity in raising tickets and following up to get it resolved.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Lodged many complaints, but no solution. Everytime I only get Msg that "We are working on your issue" and after smtime , without our feedbk and solution, ticket get closed. I am from Bangalore. Kndly do the needfl. Bcoz Twitter is my only option now

Currently, having an online @airtelindia worse experience. After chatting with 5 different ppl, in 3 days to resolve non-connectivity issue, all I get is that they R escalating. Now I am escalating it myself, holding the call with another supervisor, waiting for the next 1.😭
