    @airtelindia unable to opt for new DTH plans under @TRAI since past week. There is no response on your customer care as well. The app l/ website doesn’t show any banner in this regards. Very bad experience.

    @airtelindia Absolutely no response from your team for our issues. Multiple people have tried to get the issue resolved, however no luck. It's difficult to survive without a stable internet connection in WFH and study from home times. Pathetic service!

    @JioCare Booked setup box on 29th Dec in my JIO app have same-day delivery later I talked with the customer care agent he assured me promised me delivery but did not received called few more time alternative day and yet not received, worst customer service better to switch to @airtelindia
