@basupm09 @airtelindia Instead of shutting public sector institutions for non productivity it’s important to shut some Priv sector “customer careless” companies. @Airtel_Presence shld be first in list. My complaint has not been addressed inspite of repeated requests..

Opted for @airtelindia broadband 3 days back. Still awaiting for technician. Funny Thing - The guy is avoiding my calls after I paid for 6 months subscription through airtel site. Customer Care had been escalating for 2 days without any outcome!

@Rebelism95 @JioCare @airtelindia Airtel is worse than Jio. We don't have any option at all. We have to die with it or don't use mobile. Both Jio and Airtel are not service providers, they are fraudsters. Both are 420 networks.

@Airtel_Presence So customer get his Recharge for Rs 19 of 200MB get done on his new mobile No done on 9th Oct 2021, Nes Recharge dat effective to be today 11. So customer has to beg for such small recharges, Also rollover of previous data of 22 GB to be done. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Hi @airtelindia: Airtel fixed line acc no 7030003300 Line not working. no dues pending. I called customer (s)care and they sd line is disconnected. I did not gv any disconnection req. I asked y they disconnect, got no answer.Emails to esupport, nodal officer got no response.
