@sanchityadav509 @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when you send reminders to recharge the account before it expires, why can’t you provide proper services. I live in the center of Bangalore city and I can’t use 4g data. You guys advertise saying Airtel is India #1 4G network which is really a lie.

On top of that again I have to keep calling your customer care you technician and not get any solution. If the connection is not fixed by today I am disconnecting from your service and moving on to @airtelindia broadband. I never thought I would experience this kind of service

@airtelindia I am using Airtel broadband. But to my utter surprise the customer care isn't helping with the speed issue. My work is getting super effected by this. Besides I don't know why the local technicians whom customer care claim will help ain't doing anything.

Dear sir/ma’am it has been 5 days since I am unable to use my Airtel broadband service.. I spoke today in the morning again around 10.30 where the lady confirmed it will be resolved in next 4 hours. We are at 4.30 in the evening and no response even now! What a shame @airtelindia
