  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia network died in Bangalore. Giving advertising as best 4g network in India but it's worst actually. If you are providing network like this network company will shoot very soon. @TRAI

  @VodafoneIN u really need to work hard to save ur business. Network is not at all trustworthy. I din't wat to move but suffered a lot so finally took decision. @airtelindia I have raised porting request.Please let me know further process.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia We want a better internet provider and thinking you could provide (ACT didn't work either) better service we paid Rs. 2500 (rental) + Rs. 799 (plan).. after receiving d payt, advisor says connection not feasible! The guy isn't receiving the call!!

  @n_i_s_h @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trust me this is a way to solution. You will get a call with in 30 to 45 minutes of sending this sms, then you can explain your problem and wait for the resolution

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contd.. When we called the call center, the advisor takes in the info and when we asked for conversing with the supervisor, the advisor disconnects the call.. This puts your image in bad position.. Please advise if something can be done !!

  @airtelindia I raised a complaint for being billed twice in the same month on Dec 22, 2022 and till now I have received one call to enquire about the issue and lodge a complaint and 2 resolution notices that my complaint has been closed without being resolved.

  @airtelindia when I tried to complain on Airtel app it asked to call 198, I called 198 to register complain, Mr. Sarthak ( Airtel senior support executive) is very unsupported. He asked me to port my number & go with another network service if i have problem with Airtel
