I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. I have raised multiple complaint even technician visited they are unable to fix this issue and they said this is due to faulty device. I have requested airfiber replacement.
