Rhitam Goswami (@TheChaiDude) reportedI had an issue with @airtelindia broadband once. They asked me to raise a ticket in the Airtel Thanks app. Since the wifi was not working, I was connected to my 4G network. In the app, when I went to the wifi section to raise the ticket, I was asked to connect to the WiFi network. But since the wifi was down, I could not test the connection through the app. Then I switched off the wifi toggle and connected back on mobile data. Then the connection testing started, while I was on Mobile data and the connection was successful. Then the airtel app showed that "Your network is working fine. Thanks for using the airtel app".

I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.
