@airtelindia I'm facing a service outage of my Airtel broadband from last 24hours. And in Airtel app it says that your team is currently working on and couldn't fix it as mentioned in the respective timeline and keep on postponing it to another day.

@airtelindia Please don't bullshit yourself saying so called "India's fastest 4G network". I not even getting a 2G speed on my 4G mobile. Complained lot of times but no support from you. Even my broadband network is like that. Service outage once in every week.

Also, they have a tendency by default to getting their dept to fix it. But that takes forever. Tell them you want them to threaten Airtel's contractor with legal action.
