    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care providers keep the customers in disguise and tell two different policies when called twice. Raised a dispute with NCH to resolve my issue after not getting a resolution from your end.

    It's such a shame that you @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank @airtelindia aren't able resolve a simple issue that I'm facing with your Airtel Payments Bank since October last year. I only get to hear we will fix it in 48 working hours. Alas! I guess 48 hours for you means 48 years.

    This is 5th time I am facing this issue. Even I called twice to customer care and still no solution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So why you deduct amount even if no service? 1 of the worst customer care. I have 2 dth and 1 postpaid connection will soon opt for other networks.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Failed again to solve the issue of my refund.Its been more than 3months I have disconnected from airtel and they keep on saying will issue security refund in 7-10 working days from 9th dec 2021.Even today I got the same mail saying 7-10 working days.

    @airtelindia tried to recharge prepaid no on 12 March of 265 money deducted recharge not done..bank is saying Airtel will refund your money.. contacted too many times but no resolution provided..it's been 1 month now ..also DM u my concern.. please look into this And refund it
