@nch14404 help me it’s more than 1 month after porting to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence complained with Nodal officer and later with Nodal officer. Pathetic response. Even lodged complaint with @DoT_India @TRAI .clear violation of consumer rights.I want to file a suite in court.

I was a loyal customer of airtel till today from past 6 years , Was very happy with my regular recharge plan from past one year but now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has increased price and reduced number of days for that plan. Hence I need to change my Sim card.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys, please take the xtreme set top box back! It’s frustrating to another level. Restarts every 2 mins, configuration is so slow. Channel info doesn’t show up half the time & the apps downloaded have to be reinstalled every fortnight! #disappointed

Sorry to say, I was not impressed by the customer care of @JioCare . I tried to lodge a complaint for the non functioning of my broadband for 4-5 hours. I was put on hold for 5 minutes thrice. My previous ISP @airtelindia was much better, at least in terms of customer care resp.
