    Amazing broadband / fibernet services by @airtelindia . Continuous resolution to fix internet connection from May 16. Lighting speed response from Service engineer. He calls more frequently than my girlfriend. Even God won'tt know how he manages 200 complaints. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia hi team, our wifi hasn't been working for 4 days now, a service request has already been raised and nothing has been done so for. No one is answering the calls. We d like to disconnect the connection and will go for a non-airtel one.

    @airtelindia Recently taken and unlimited plan of Airtel broadband connection with 1024mbps, unlimited plan. After a few days my speed drops to 1.2 Mbps and Airtel customer care claims there is a limit of 3333 GB which is exhausted. Extremely contradictory. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hey Airtel, Not sure whats really wrong with your service Even after upgrading the service to optic fibre am experiencing intermittent connectivity issues and there is no improvement in internet speed Broadband line is also down.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia SR no. 76178757 Was raised This is for a DTH Connection 002 for which no one has responded nor called & it's closed saying customer not reachable. If you cannot provide a connection pls say, so we can look for alternatives.

    @airtelindia @AirtelMd Replaced a faulty sim card. I had the faulty sim on hand. However SMS takes 24 hrs to be reactivated. It makes no sense , when SIM is not lost. Who comes up with such stupid and I'll logical process in this time and Era.#AirtelStupidity

    @airtelindia I am unable to use the internet for the last 5–6 days. Despite raising multiple requests and follow-ups, I have not received any proper response from Airtel support. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and I am not happy with the experience anymore.

    The customer care will not help. Give you multiple offers even after you continuously tell them about wanting to close the connection. Then they will make ask you to call them back after somehow getting hold of them on call @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I recharged for a full year partly because of the advertised FREE Perplexity Pro benefit. Now I'm being asked to add a payment method/card and potentially deal with USD billing. This was never clearly disclosed during recharge. This feels misleading.
