@Airtel_Presence is lying to get it's customer signed on to broadband plans. Telling us that you get 6months+2months free, total of 8months when getting a new connection. Only to find out 6months later that 2months extra is applicable only on renewal #airtelbroadband @airtelindia

Hey @airtelindia shifting to Airtel was one of the worst decisions!! You charge more than your competitors and provide worst service. I am trying to tweet this for the 8th time........and I hope there wont be a network failure this time again.

@airtelindia 300GB of internet data balance. Network shows VOLTE 4G. Not able to use any data. Customer care useless. Great job @airtelindia. With every monthly bill the data keeps piling up but can't use any of the data.

@Airtel_Presence Dear @airtelindia I think your network towers are either not working or overloaded. The same issue still persists. Location of the issue - 13°02'43.9"N 77°37'15.5"E No internet connectivity in - 4G, 3G or 2G.

@airtelindia whenever I called to customer care executive they ask me to send their person to check and it will be chargeable Rs180 or something ..then their executive will come to your house and among 5 minutes your tv will functioning and they took from you Rs 180.
