    @ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

    @airtelindia your service is so pathetic that when someone is looking for help then there is no option to reach your call center nor any chat options. You seem to be taking the advantage of the current situation. Your shows error when trying to change billing plan.

    @airtelindia I need clarification on the advance rental... There is no bloody help I'm getting from the time I took the connection, If this continues then I need to switch to a different service provider who is transparent in terms of bill plan and better customer service..

    @airtelindia The DTH Xtreme box is faulty and I'm not able to get it serviced and even when I visit airtel store they don't have any info and asked to contact customer care on 121 but I'm not able to contact, but keep reminding me to recharge.

    Just ported network to @airtelindia, after switching on phone, a suspicious message saying that @GoogleIndia is trying to verify the phone as a part of set up, has been sent without my consent to a number. It's an attempt to do fraud. Action Required. @Google @TRAI @PMOIndia

    The worst thing about companies like Airtel these days is when you go to an Airtel store they tell u to call 121. And when u call 121 they ask to go to nearest Airtel store. Meanwhile @airtelindia will reply to this saying pls DM your number and we will call you. They never do.

    This is the pathetic services I have ever experienced, @airtelindia Complaint registered for bad signal against Airtel DTH, but no one is there to entertain the complaint. The issue shud get resolved by EOD today from service engg, but no acknowledge nothing at all.
