I haven’t received any kind of solution to the network/internet issue I’m facing. This ignorance shows how interested @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys are about resolving the customer’s issue. For more than a month I’ve been waiting for resolution.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This looks very bad experience with Airtel so far, I have tried to approach them in all possible ways to resolve my issues but it seems they are least bothered about it as they know amount being paid against the bill so let's play a game with him.

I am not getting @airtelindia signal since morning. Carrier status "No Service". But interestingly I am still getting notified by @Truecaller when someone tries to call me even though they get to know my mobile is switched off. Is my Mobile dumb or Truecaller is oversmart 🙄
