I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. My WiFi is done for more than 24 hours and your service people are just playing around telling “coming in 10-20 minutes.” One day late in payment and you charge late fee.
