    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been requesting for a SIM SWAP for one of our phones since yesterday. Have done it all. Visited Store, Submitted docs, Enterprise Hub not working for me, BEEN DMing here too since yesterday. AIRTEL, you were better than this !

    @airtelindia is charging customers for ISD calls when no such calls were made, then their customer service explains ISD charges must be due to Zoom calls. This unethical collection of money which they cannot explain will make customers leave Airtel. Many fish in the pond!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TataCompanies Better you should concentrate on ensuring 4G coverage throughout the country. Even in cities, there are places with very poor coverage. Spending for 5G seems illogical when proper 4G coverage is not yet complete.

    The @airtelindia customer service says zoom calls we attend are charged to our postpaid phone bill if the host is in another country and you are levied ISD rates. Isn't that really sweet? Well I didn't attend any such call so how do they explain overbilling me?

    @airtelindia fed up of your networking everytime when over a virtual meeting it always collapse and I can't say the same to the so host of the meeting n ultimately me taking the fault. Either close your network permanently or don't just reply to people unless you have a proper 1

    Just in the month of 2 months .. @ACTFibernet .. Again internet issue at the time of 3:00 in night.. U guys legit @airtelindia mifi dongel dosent gives slow internet but never keeps you down .. Fast internet , fiber cable .. !!! Huh !! Nice joke...

    @airtelindia - I have received msg of upgrading my plan from 749 to 798. I want to know w/o my approval of intimation why this upgrade is being done. Moreover, I have not found any extra benefits from this upgrade. This is really bad and disappointing.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , Really an annoying customer care experience, went for a sim swap as per the advice of the airtel 121, went to the airtel store, got a new sim provide all details, but after two hours still verification was pending, can you provide assistance

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I continuosly having worst network issue on my location since i have airtel prepaid simcard. Neither i can call nor can i use internet inside my house. I have had complaint regarding this but no action till now. Please look into this matter.
