    Opted for @airtelindia broadband 3 days back. Still awaiting for technician. Funny Thing - The guy is avoiding my calls after I paid for 6 months subscription through airtel site. Customer Care had been escalating for 2 days without any outcome!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews worst customer support, no updates and no resolution.pathetic network issues. unable to make/receive calls, call drop....very very poor options in Airtel apps for the support, just only for payments and subscriptions.
