I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. Then close the request, never followup, generates bills and start calling 10 times in a day to irritate so people pay
