Even after raising several complaints about the network connectivity there is no action taken nor anyone is responsible enough to give a confirmation call to check the status.

Technology reached more heights but not on your side. I have visited the store nearly 7 times.

No clear update from customer care as well as from employees at store. I have been travelling for kms to resolve my problem in this 4G generation.

PS (@PraanjaliS) reported@airtelindia We got the airtel services on landline - 4031994 disconnected 3 weeks back, still getting pending bills message. Please look into it. Services were poor for 1.5 months before the disconnection. No Internet or call services for that period.

No engineer will visit you. The complaint will be marked resolved without being resolved. Money down the drain.
