    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence gives us a proper 3G network. Later 5G n all. Call drop, low signal, poor connectivity. Even what's app status takes 2-3 seconds to Open up. Disappointed with the service. If you are unable to give a proper network, drop your recharge price.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have booked a Airtel Broadband connection on 15/11 and paid for 6m plan, the engineer came to my house and returned without installation, no update from team, called the customer care many times for refund, but no confirmation on e-mail or SMS

    @airtelindia, despite numerous calls on the customer care line and raising complaints on the airtel thanks app I have not been able to receive any support from your customer care team. I have paid my monthly bill on time and yet this has not been reflected on the app.
