@Airtel_Presence is lying to get it's customer signed on to broadband plans. Telling us that you get 6months+2months free, total of 8months when getting a new connection. Only to find out 6months later that 2months extra is applicable only on renewal #airtelbroadband @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Telecomauth Hi, you didn't solve the recharge issue for life time validity prepaid numbers. Every 28 days, yr system is advising us to recharge for ₹23. Why should we do when the sim is supposed to be active for life time. Please resolve it at once

@airtelindia : Your broadband service at Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore (Pin Code: 560035) really sucks these days. After every 3-4 days your service is down in this area and the error is always "Outrage" like since yesterday. Please look into this.

@airtelindia 300GB of internet data balance. Network shows VOLTE 4G. Not able to use any data. Customer care useless. Great job @airtelindia. With every monthly bill the data keeps piling up but can't use any of the data.

Now its high time to port my @airtelindia to other network. They have very weird rules. To send a sms we need unlimited pack, we can't send it through balance. To keep number activated we need recharges or number gets deactivated. Very strange

Airtel Black - good concept but horrible execution. The dedicated agents receive call while being in traffic, in park etc and ade clueless on almost everything. Though this is still in nascent stage, don’t you think that this is a joke @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ?

@airtelindia #Airtel has the worst possible internet fibre service in this country. 1. Internet connection goes out every three days. 2. Engineer says he left the job, he will not provide service. 3. Their customer service is uncooperative, need to explain the issue everytime.
