Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Internet barely works and I can’t even make proper calls. My device is 5G-ready, but your time-slicing technology feels like I’m getting just a tiny slice of connectivity for a couple of hours a day — after that, everything stops working. Please roll back this “priority” feature. This seriously sucks.

On the other hand is your customer support team. They suck.. i have calling 121 since month for merging all my services.. ye nahi ho paa raha inse.. Even customer support here on chat sucks.. just telling me to have patience and saying we will resolve your query..
