    @airtelindia Since 2 months I have been facing internet down issues and I have raised 6 complaints, but only thing I get from airtel is a fancy apology response, but no resolution.. Airtel has consistently become the worst internet service provider these days

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews my billing concern is not yet resolved, ther is no point in reaching out your customer support team as they are incapable of solving issue.Made around 6 calls and wasted 2 hours of time, but no luck. Today i my due date,can you remediate?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what a service is being provided by you, by your outlets and by your call center. Complaint raised on 10 days before, got a call today, kept me on hold and then disconnected with resolution. No reply over email, pathetic outlets service ,

    once again @airtelindia proved that you are very poor in customer management. I contacted for Airtel xtream connection. Executive told me connection possible in our area and informed me to pay the amount. After payment engineer came to our area and telling connection not possible

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's infuriating! My broadband has been down for days & I'm unable to work coz of it! Your lack of response & failure to send a technician for repair is unacceptable! I pay for a service that's supposed to work, but it's failing miserably! #Airtel

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , Its extremely disappointing that Airtel's service level has gone this bad that fixed Line of number 08040964147 (Account no 7005537594) is down from last 4days and none has responded yet despite your call centre's assurance on 2nd Dec'22..

    @airtelindia Past 2 days there is no voice network in airtel here. Though the iPad 4G data network is working intermittently. But unfortunately no prior intimation is made.

    You're customer support number doesn't let you connect to a human. The IVR will spin you in circles and then cut the call automatically. Why are you making life difficult? Just have a human being call me and help me resolve this matter. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Its been 4 days now btw. @airtelindia doesnt care. They just setup bots on X chat, toll free line and app to move the deadline 8hr ahead everytime I check. Being in a top tier city and not having an eta for my internet issue is a scam.

    @Airtel_Presence So how it works tell me from last two months there is issue of 5g network in Malad mindspace area but no tower has been added. Please do the research first and also write 5g plus in recharge details if this is applicable. Don't follow customers. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia.

    Dear @HDFC_Bank, my UPI transaction of ₹1500 to @airtelindia was blocked by your system marking Bharati Airtel as a “fraud merchant.” This caused unnecessary payment failure and inconvenience. Airtel is a reputed company, not a suspicious merchant. Requesting immediate help.

    @JM_Scindia & @DoT_India exploitation by @airtelindia they block working numbers and then say to reactive you have to do postpaid and pay bill for 4 month which unethically forcing customer for postpaid.Kindly look into this it is serious issue faced by inlaws and seniorcitizen
