    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why can't we get our eSim request processed even though our email shows verified on the Airtel thanks app. Also there doesn't seem to be any optn to update email on calling the IVR 121, as per the msg RCVD in reply to eSim request. Please help

    @Airtel_Presence I reached out to #121 customer care and only on disappointed had shared it on Tweeter Only recd false commitment & see a FRAUD there as no SR’s or trails were raised of the multiple calls made by me This is how @airtelindia is wanting to reach ZERO complaints as shown in AD’s

    @airtelindia Excellent customer service while taking orders for a new connection. Once the money is paid; all the phone numbers are no longer reachable and no connection still provided. Kudos @Airtel_Presence

    @TataSky very disappointed with ur bb srvc. following up 2 update email id 4 last 2 weeks. Unable to get invoice because of this. Customer id c2101030502. Tkt R1446966 open for more than 7 days. Tkt R1415143 closed without resolution. Will soon be mvng to @airtelindia bb

    @airtelindia Please do not make these false promises.. My SR number is 124093338 and.. Its been lagging since Nov 6.. There s no call from the technician who was scheduled between 9 to 10:30 am Please terminate your services, if you can solve the issue

    I had severe network issue, my phone was on zero network for nearly 1.5 months. I registered a complaint on the customer care and also visited the Airtel store. I was assured that my issue will be solved within 10 days of registration of complaint @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 2nd dec’20 we have registered the complaint that our wifi is not working still it is not solved. Everyone is working from home. 40mbps plan we have, speed we’re getting 5mbps. Even our router has been changed, after that we’re facing more issues.
