Spoke to Supervisor Sahil Sharma today and apparently there is no one senior at the customer service team above him. Not sure what to do. Happy to disconnect and port out. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.
