I wanted to talk to Customer support but no, these people test your patience at next level. Called 121 & 198 had to listen to AI talking for 5 mins and then it jus hung. Called Airtel Help and they told they will revert in 2 days when I was in highway(sic). Forced to pay fine and buy PayTM tag which is fantastic.
