    @Airtel_Presence I have been pushed by the sales team to try airtel xstream as I was using airtel fiber and if I don't like I can return it by the month but now they are not ready to cancel and refund the amount I have paid for it. As a customer I feel cheated @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia you promise to provide high speed fibre optic. I been a customer since December, my experience overall has been disheartening. Every week I have speed issues, ticket gets raised, after resolution within 5 days I'm impacted again. Lack of consistency is discouraging.
