    @airtelindia That’s for sure the kind of service i get in my phone and the hot spot . I must say my other @reliancejio is far far better . In terms of network connectivity . @airtelindia U guys are looting money by giving 2g speed . Login a complaint is waste .

    @airtelindia : Horrible service from your end. My number has still not been upgraded to postpaid. Your customer care people are telling me it will be done in 2 hrs, 1 HR etc and @Airtel_Presence is just asking for my details but refusing to help.

    @airtelindia unbar my outgoing now . Its Monday and my official number . Got my prise being a loyal customer . @reliancejio no doubt why u best 👍. I am using both Jio since it launch and Airtel as well . Forget about data speed !!! Getting call connected also big task .

    Switched from @airtelindia to @reliancejio, was happy until I faced first issue, it’s been 5+ day following up, on a simple issue of not being able to sent or rcv messages, same response - “please call us later, systems are not working” @JioCare please help

    @airtelindia Airtel DTH is such a substandard product that its not even funny anymore. The feed stops 10 times every over and its not even cloudy. Cable TV is dying and its more because of service providers than content providers. Industry needs disruption

    @airtelindia is take 48 hrs tp release the outgoing barred after making payment . Which i have made through Phonepay app . U talk about 4g , inspite of getting 2g speed . I using this number past 12 yrs . I believe Airtel doesn’t want May more loyal customer .

    @airtelindia @airtelindia since morning I am not able to receive or make calls. It shows - not registered on network. Tried every possible thing. Nobody is helping if i call the customer care. Pathetic service. Can't even go to a showroom due to lockdown. Do u even care about customers?

    @airtelindia Im facing internet issue since last month,when i approach customer support they hav told me to wait for 5 days to get issue resolve But its more than 30+ days still most of my area people are suffering with this bad Internet and signal drops every time.
