@airtelindia I don't understand what is the use of taking your services where the internet runs in no way and calls doesn't connect. And with all these problems your rate is increased. What is the use of increasing rate where there is literally bad network connection and net.

@airtelindia I have been made a full by your onsite technician. I was offered an upgraded set top box who's Android features works even if I don't recharge my dth. That was a lie and it doesn't work like that and I had to recharge just access YouTube using the set top box.

@airtelindia I have just installed Airtel broad band in my house yesterday . It is just too pathetic that WiFi does not work in another room of the apartment. This is too ridiculous. The guy took 6 months advance to give such a poor network. Pls arrange to get it installed and

@airtelindia Poor services in Kolkata, complaining since 15 days. First they said they forgot to update the router software and now speed of 10mbps in a connection of 300 mbps. Ping time 100ms.opting for disconnection. Enough is enough!! Even a local service provider is better.
