    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Indoor coverage is very poor here in my area. Have given multiple complaints but there is no improvement at all. Every time I tweet about this issue what I get is a standard scripted reply which one can read after Airtel replies to this tweet.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The request no. for your Airtel_kk is 139162222. Frequent disconnection for let 15 days. Today lineman confirmed “ there will be disconnection of this kind as it is copper line. Nothing can be done. Go for disconnection”. Is this the solution??

    @airtelindia hi! I wanted to report an issue with you. After my daily data quota is over, if I recharge with a data add on pack of Rs 19 it doesn't work..this has occurred third time now. If you have stopped that pack then please remove it from the options instead of looting!
