The @airtelindia customer service says zoom calls we attend are charged to our postpaid phone bill if the host is in another country and you are levied ISD rates. Isn't that really sweet? Well I didn't attend any such call so how do they explain overbilling me?

@airtelnews @airtelindia Guys, pls don’t even think of going for Airtel DTH or Airtel one Plan. The set top box is pathetic and overall service is a darn horror story. It will bring misery to you everyday. In the Airtel one plan, you miss their billing date even for a day they will block all connections.

@airtelindia Spoke 2 customer care exec. Was told recharge for MAIN Balance (whatever that means). Then spoke to supervisor. Was told if rechd Rs 10 (main bal was Rs 76) could convert 28 day plan by dialling *567*79#. Recd msg that the number is not eligible for OPT IN service.

@airtelindia (whatever that means and which one has been able to explain). I again spoke to a customer exec on 14/08 and then to a supervisor who also informed me that I could do a recharge of Rs 79 and convert to 28 day plan by dialling *567*79#. The result was the same.

@airtelindia I.e. the number was not eligible for OPT IN service. The supervisor informed me that I could do the conversion after 3 days by dialling the same number. After doing a recharge of Rs 100 again 2day, tried to convert but no avail.
