Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Unfortunately, my journey has been horrible and raised multiple complaints yet no resolution. Absolutely poor customer journey. I am getting rid of it now. Totally wasted.
