@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The request no. for your Airtel_kk is 139162222. Frequent disconnection for let 15 days. Today lineman confirmed “ there will be disconnection of this kind as it is copper line. Nothing can be done. Go for disconnection”. Is this the solution??

There are three Fiber Optic cable on Sea bed, Because of a Ship movement two Cable broke and only one is working. Thats why there is problem. I had no more question.
