    This is 5th time I am facing this issue. Even I called twice to customer care and still no solution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So why you deduct amount even if no service? 1 of the worst customer care. I have 2 dth and 1 postpaid connection will soon opt for other networks.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care providers keep the customers in disguise and tell two different policies when called twice. Raised a dispute with NCH to resolve my issue after not getting a resolution from your end.

    It's too horrible . My sim card was blocked for the 7th time and i bought the replacement sim for the 7th Time . In this month itself i charged 3 times. It made me to feel like a hell on @airtelindia . The feedback for the blockage of the sim was also not acceptable .
