@airtelindia whenever I trying to contact customer care through IVR always it will tell customer care is busy caal after sometime and disconnected the call. What a pathetic service by airtel DTH. I recharged channel to see IPL but channel is not coming. Very sad

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Last 2 weeks trying to get over 121 to resolve my broadband connection issue, but no resolution yet. Yearly I pay 30k and such poor service. What more a customer need to switch to a different service provider. #poorCustomerExprience

Such a terrible experience with @airtelindia! My India number was deactivated even after I have paid the bills! When I contacted the customer service, the only response I got was , visit the store in person to activate it. How can this be the only solution in this day and age?!
