    @airtelindia have been struggling with the signal strength.. have tried my best to communicate this to the folks on call and no body seems to care. Further, the update on signal strength on your app is always excellent which I find as an absolute hoax.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet wire was not properly installed it was kept hanging by technician. Now it's broke I have logged a complaint no one has turned up. Today is third day no internet, no one receiving calls at 121 DM on 9632022885

    @Airtel_Presence I was a Airtel Postpaid Platinum customer for more than 2 years and Airtel prepaid customer for more than 5 years. This is not the support I expected from @airtelindia.

    @Airtel_Presence I was shocked when I had to travel 120 kms to an another city to replace my damaged airtel simcard. Surprised to know that my city have no airtel customer service for the post paid customers. It will be difficult to continue with @airtelindia in this way.
