    @Airtel_Presence @TRAI @airtelindia After directly tweeting also, you guys did not resolve my problem. And every day you guys are saying we are working on back end. Which back end you are working, don't know. And Everytime asking schedule. After providing that too, you people did not resolve.

    @nvvarsha All our Indian Wi-Fi, Internet Apps PROMISE Himalaya & Charge the price of Himalaya! There is a saying PROMISE's r made 2b broken & they go by that. Hav u cn or heard, any1 revolting or raising their voice4 deficiency of Service's! I've 🐝n calling @airtelindia 4almost 20 yrs now

    @airtelindia hi, there is no reliability/stability in your broadband connection. Getting disconnected periodically. Atleast 2-3 times a month. Not good and it is wasting my time and productivity in raising tickets and following up to get it resolved.

    @Airtel_Presence Sir 1000 times your person called and only giving excuses. You guys are only making fool. That's it. So I request you to disconnect your network and I am also going to remove Airtle postpaid pack and Dish also. Because I don't want to go ahead with a fraud company. @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet - internet connection is forever breaking down. Support option on the app doesn't register requests anymore - it simply goes to track on a browser, with no solution. There is no number to speak to a support executive. Are you hinting I should move to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I’ve been trying to port my number from another service provider to Airtel for months and have not received a call back from any Airtel execs. Very bad customer service and I’m not even a customer yet @airtelindia

    @airtelindia y is ur broadband connection frequently having problems. For the last 2 months, our broadband connection always has downtime happening so frequently. In Hebbal, Bangalore. It’s gone out of service last night and still not back up. What’s happening to you’ll?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Lodged many complaints, but no solution. Everytime I only get Msg that "We are working on your issue" and after smtime , without our feedbk and solution, ticket get closed. I am from Bangalore. Kndly do the needfl. Bcoz Twitter is my only option now

    @airtelindia The worst possible service in dth. I have 3 connections, 45 days after escalation to airtel nodal and still no service. No signal and your local service team is extremely arrogant. Pin code is 560085. Airtel sucks

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After complaining to you also, No solution. and your engineer AnilHN_1079540, who suppose to visit today, called me at 5 PM and saying, sorry I was busy. I will come tomorrow. So this u gys r. Customer is suffering from so long, and u gys don't care.
