They told me that most of customer have encountered this issue. Once my package is over I'm porting to jio.

I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.
