    @airtelindia Since 2 months I have been facing internet down issues and I have raised 6 complaints, but only thing I get from airtel is a fancy apology response, but no resolution.. Airtel has consistently become the worst internet service provider these days

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    @airtelindia DTH not linked to the device at home for my Airtel black account and the customer care directs to a service engineer who in turn directs back to customer care. Nobody is able to solve and absolutely pathetic service

    @airtelindia Airtel SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. suddenly my sim card stopped working and then I had to go to Airtel store to get a new sim for 100. They told me that most of customer have encountered this issue. Once my package is over I'm porting to jio.

    Requested for house shifting in Airtel broadband on 24th but still not done. Such a Bad experience with Airtel. i will Recomend anyone to take Airtel broadband. @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago I am surprised at how at different levels Airtel is failing to address an issue which had been going on for more than a month. The DTH equipment at my home have to be linked to my Subscription ID and no one is able to help.

    @airtelindia, Not sure whats wrong with your service? The internet service has gone down again.... Raising the complaint for the 8th time.... Not sure if the social media team at airtel has proper channels to raise a complaint against the concerns being raised by the customer

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Never seen such poor service There was a time when no better network than Airtel & now it's time that no one else has a poor network than airtel No matter how many complaints you file, you will get a reply that the complaint has been resolved.

    Probably only @airtelindia defines customer's definition as "कष्ट से मर", as paid 2829/-(799/m pack) got no installation service, it's been more than 3 days, pathetic experience. Not expected such non-credible service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
