SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. The local team is very arrogant and is asking for 1,500/- for the first-time installation, even though Airtel states it's free with 6 months of payment. This is how the service system works.
