    @airtelindia worst service! No resolution for the issues, it’s been 7 days. Service engineer won’t pick up call. Customer representative will tell same answer “ wait for another 24hrs” . Frustrated with #airtel #AirtelDown @ACTFibernet I just need a new connection, please DM

    @airtelindia Recently taken and unlimited plan of Airtel broadband connection with 1024mbps, unlimited plan. After a few days my speed drops to 1.2 Mbps and Airtel customer care claims there is a limit of 3333 GB which is exhausted. Extremely contradictory. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how pathetic can ur service get. Since 9am yesterday there is no wifi in our area. Inspite of multiple complaints, there is no response, no solution, nobody is bothered. Just wow. Heard it's a fiber cut, but obviously u ll fix it at ur own sweet time

    Never faced such poor service with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever we customers face issues, Airtel atleast gives a positive response and get the issue resolved within tat. Airtel keeps cust informed if tat increases due to unforeseen things. @JioCare pls improve

    @Airtel @airtelindia its a pity service, 2 days gone, payments already made for 3 months with 999 plan with rs. 1500 security deposit for xstreme box, broadband installed but no clue of xstreme box to any airtel staffs or even customer care. Hope u look into this

    Made a huge mistake to port my sim to @ViCustomerCare..speed is under 100kb.. filed complaint almost 7 times but nothing changed...worst network provider and they are calling themselves top network provider of Maharashtra..should have port to @airtelindia .

    @airtelindia After raising a complaint on Twitter regarding my internet connection not working, I got a call from some fraud number named Amit Mishra and number is 8512914819, he called and tried to take my account credentials by asking me to download teamviewer. So Beware Guys

    Hi @airtelindia why don't you solve the network and internet issue in Ranipur area Darbhanga Bihar, we don't find a single network inside our house and can't even call someone. Due to this also i am unable to work from there. #Airtel #airtelindia
