I ordered smartphone from airtel on 30jan n thy assured to deliver on 10th Feb.. waited till 11 feb.. no response from Airtel.. today phone has came and they took it back due to some documents missing (Nash) one of the worst services frm so cld #1 Network provider.@airtelindia

I paid my Airtel postpaid through @amazonpay,In amazon it shows payment success, but still recharge not reached there in Airtel. I confirmed with Airtel customer care and they said they haven’t got any payment from AmazonPay. Kindly solve the issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Tried to port my Airtel number to Jio and Airtel rejected the request. Reason - I have not completed 90 days in their network. But I have been using Airtel postpaid from aug 2018 onwards and recently moved to prepaid. Would like to knw more on the same @airtelindia @TRAI

@chetnaca @airtelindia Vodafone data is very good and fast, but some places indoor coverage issue. If you have good signal, then vodafone now vi is best. #vi customer care responds not like airtel or Jio. Don’t go for Jio, customer care very worst.
