    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Not sure what has happened to your network and support system from starting of May'22 there were long outages and since then the speed has gone down to even half of the opted plan. Escalated to Mr. Vittal was of no use. Are we serious?

    @airtelindia am a Airtel black customer and have been using Airtel for a very long time.. repeated complaints to fix fluctuations in broadband and speed is not yielding results..am suspending my connection along with 4 postpaid connections..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia From last 4 days, there is an issue with my broadband connection. Two SR get created and resolved without any resolution. You guys are closing the issue without resolution and advertising 0 SR count. Who will pay for my 4 days loss. Pathetic service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have never seen a customer service executive be so inefficient as I see in your org. I was your BLACK customer and was tricked into paying extra money and now no balance is reflecting for me. Give me my money back.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am unable to use internet due to bad network and always call drop issues in this particular location,BGRT, schiederelectric,goravigere village, near safal market-560067 In our office 25 people are using ur network all r havi same issue,@DoT_India

    @airtelindia Paid for your broadband upfront. But for 2 days, your technician cannot install the connection. Technician doesnt pick up phone also. Horrible.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have removed DTH surrender the box too. Its more than a month but you have added it in this month's bill too. Fed up of you. Tired of Airtel. If i no longer wish your DTH service, you just have to accept it.

    @ViCustomerCare 4G/VoLTE is not working for my Vodafone family plan from last 2 months. Have raised complain multiple times but my problem is not solved yet. Solve the issue within 48 hrs or else will change all my Vodafone connection to @airtelindia. 1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised a complaint 20220428577587 on 20th April but no solution has been provided as of now. It was supposed to be rectified by 16th May. I purchased a plan for 699 which offered to select one service at no extra cost

    You will have to face long waiting to contact airtel customer care and after trying many times call will be disconnected, as airtel getting more customer they are not able to provide good service to customer. 198 number is also not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have a raised a complaint regarding my broadband. Its being more than 24hr no one came to fix. Engineer called to ask but then he switched off his phone and didn't come. This is service airtel provide to their customers. Local provider are better. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i would love to understand why when you need to replace a sim because it is faulty (an Airtel issue) and not because I am a new customer asking for a new connection, the process to activate the sim takes 4 hours?
