    It's feels like we are back to 2G days, when ever you try to use @airtelindia for internet uses in Belandur Bengalore, Not even able to open Twitter. Using @reliancejio network to complain on twiter also. 😡😡😡

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I raised a request to change from to fibre optic over a week ago. Tried talking to a Rep on the phone and she put me on hold for more than 5 mins, saying checking the info. Is that how long it takes? Sometimes i wonder why am I still your customer

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The connection is not under use and 1. The customer has to follow up regularly for installation 2. The team is pressurising for payment for a line which is not even active Suggest that the customer support team needs to be trained better.
