@airtelindia Guys, your caller tune service has degraded drastically to a point that firstly not much choices are present for me, secondly even if I choose a caller tune, it abruptly stops while playing. This is such an irate. You can refer Wynk music app to confirm this.

Hey @airtelindia , one of my sim just got damaged or corrupted idk how. And there's no way I can order a duplicate sim ? No assistance from the customer care after even dialling a billion numbers over the call. I can't go to any airtel store - nor I can contact!#listenandsolve
