    Such a shame @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Useless service provider. Educate your staff on how to work. My wife’s sim stopped working, which was bought some 3 years ago. But number has been used for more than 10 years now. It was service provider’s duty to get it rectified

    Before marriage. After marriage address has changed, but person & her identity won’t. All this because of stupidity & poor training @airtelindia. Teach your staff. We have a infant at home & cant go to store everyday & put ourselves in risk during pandemic. Have some shame

    Have seen multiple players do this mistake once they have majority Market share. They become reluctant to have customer first approach & then as soon as there is a new option, those customers would churn. @airtelindia did this mistake in 2015 & suffered.

    We had @airtelindia broadband with 1 gbps infinity unlimited plan , 6 days from post billing our services were stoped 10 days they kept saying technical issue in backend , then on escalating @VittalGopal team said we have consumed all the data that’s why net is down !

    @airtelindia pathetic experience. Recharge on your own app fails and there’s no refund even after 10 days. Complaints get resolved with no resolution. When i call 121 new complaint is raised everytime. Frustrated!! Please resolve Service Req. No. CONRC3WST20230130837741 asap

    @airtelindia I have my postpaid sim not working for past 2 weeks. Incidentally this sim is registered with all my official purposes. Service request is still in progres status and there is no option to reach out. Why should I stick with Airtel postpaid and not switch to other ?
