    Pathetic Service from @airtelindia. I am so called "Airtel Black" Customer and a ticket raised on 12th Oct is still open and every time I call them they will arrange for a call back and no one called me yet. I have been on call with Airtel RM's at-least 20 times last week (1/2).

    @airtelindia Tech.error is of airtel set up box ,why customer would pay . deducted Rs 275 from dth account without asking my permission. For constomers offer generally are " recharge for x months and get x days extra " then these things happen Airtel dth id :- 3003643579
