    @airtelindia Guys, your caller tune service has degraded drastically to a point that firstly not much choices are present for me, secondly even if I choose a caller tune, it abruptly stops while playing. This is such an irate. You can refer Wynk music app to confirm this.

    Hello @TRAI @DoT_India, I have subscribed to Full DND, and still getting a lot of promotional messages and calls daily. I have reported many SMSes via app. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence doesn’t seem to be bothered about issue. Haven’t taken action on single report. No update.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - Not surprised at how pathetic the customer support is. You have trained your agents to say nothing but "sorry for the inconvenience, we will escalate" and then do NOTHING. They do just that and nobody has cared to help. (1/what this takes)

    @Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How do I connect to a customer executive? Even after several attempts I am unable to get through. And ironically the ivr asks if I am satisfied with the automated reply and then hangs the phone and it does not transfer the call.

    Worst of its kind services offered by @airtelindia Customer authentication process is irritating and most outdated. It is better to get a new SIM from competitors than to call @Airtel_Presence for a faulty SIM. Local stores serve better. Loyalty rewards is in form of arrogance.
