    @airtelindia New Extreme box fails within 3 months. As a replacement under warranty, I got the Refurbished one. @Airtel_Presence .Do you get an old car if your new car broke down which is under warranty??

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No internet since last 2 hrs. SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. It's a working day.I don't hv any option.

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been three days since we have completed all the documentation for our airtel fibre connection. But still we haven't got any support and Airtel fibre has still not been installed. Can you please look into this matter and resolve it asap.

    @airtelindia worst services Had applied for new Aitel DTH connection in Bangalore, 4 days ago. Customer care is calling aal the day but nobody is coming for installation. Seems I will have to go for other service provider.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your customer service. Since 13th July, I’ve made several calls and sent emails regarding my WiFi issue. My first complaint was closed without resolving anything, and now I’m repeatedly promised a callback within 4 hours that never happens

    @airtelindia I have few questions on this policy, you went new low in your policy: 1. If someone is Working From Home and WiFi got some issues and he/she needs to use hotspot to work, what’s wrong in using my own mobile, my own sim (for which I am regularly paying it’s not charity you’re providing) 2. If I am travelling and want to use hotspot to do my work, should I carry WiFi router, cables everywhere with me? 3. If your employee travelling, does he also need to carry WiFi setup with him? When you can’t improve your services, when you can’t provide better speed WiFi you indulge in these type of tactics. Monopolies is hurting Indian customers. @BJP4India we need more players to avoid these tactics
