@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Indoor coverage is very poor here in my area. Have given multiple complaints but there is no improvement at all. Every time I tweet about this issue what I get is a standard scripted reply which one can read after Airtel replies to this tweet.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The request no. for your Airtel_kk is 139162222. Frequent disconnection for let 15 days. Today lineman confirmed “ there will be disconnection of this kind as it is copper line. Nothing can be done. Go for disconnection”. Is this the solution??

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst internet provider in Lucknow. Their frequent internet disconnection is a big problem for us and you could never reach their customer care easily, you have to spend several mins on their IVR calls. Its beeter to install sikka than airtel.
