    @airtelindia Guys, pls don’t even think of going for Airtel DTH or Airtel one Plan. The set top box is pathetic and overall service is a darn horror story. It will bring misery to you everyday. In the Airtel one plan, you miss their billing date even for a day they will block all connections.

    @airtelnews sucks. They are making plans where cust has to have other packs .. y combo when j want only limited as services. What if I have my separate subscription for #Prime or #Hitstar @airtelindia don't fool your customers

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have called Airtel Customer care for more than 15 times for Broadband for 2 queries 1) Billing date issue 2) Shifting of connection from one City to another None of the queries were completed. lost all patience.

    The @airtelindia customer service says zoom calls we attend are charged to our postpaid phone bill if the host is in another country and you are levied ISD rates. Isn't that really sweet? Well I didn't attend any such call so how do they explain overbilling me?

    @airtelindia is charging customers for ISD calls when no such calls were made, then their customer service explains ISD charges must be due to Zoom calls. This unethical collection of money which they cannot explain will make customers leave Airtel. Many fish in the pond!

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There are many honest ways to increase ARPU. But upgrading and bundling the postpaid plans without the customer's consent is DEFINITELY NOT ONE OF THEM. Happened to me twice this month. #unethical #cowardly
