    My god, has @airtelindia services gone for a toss during COVID. Every other day there is broadband outage. I completely understand why Jio nipped you in the bud. I will be pretty chuffed if you decide to get your **** together. I have been a loyal airtel user for almost a decade.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Isn't it strange that your support staff at the relationship center still say SERVERS ARE DOWN!!!! Is it that difficult to create, no recreate a broadband order? The 1st order went into a blackhole, courtesy Sever issue again.

    Hey @reliancejio At my location, your services are as pathetic as other telecommunications companies. @airtelindia at least tried to fix the issue after inspecting the site, but Jio is so shameless, neither taken a single query nor tried to fix the network issue on site.
