Disgusting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my one airtel plan 1 and a half hours ago but still my broadband services is not activated. Your customer rep says to wait for 30 mins.. it’s been 1 and a half hrs already.. still how long does it take to resume the services?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have called Airtel Customer care for more than 15 times for Broadband for 2 queries 1) Billing date issue 2) Shifting of connection from one City to another None of the queries were completed. lost all patience.

@airtelnews @airtelindia Guys, pls don’t even think of going for Airtel DTH or Airtel one Plan. The set top box is pathetic and overall service is a darn horror story. It will bring misery to you everyday. In the Airtel one plan, you miss their billing date even for a day they will block all connections.

@airtelnews sucks. They are making plans where cust has to have other packs .. y combo when j want only limited as services. What if I have my separate subscription for #Prime or #Hitstar @airtelindia don't fool your customers
