@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Visited RK HegdeNagar airtel outlet in Bangalore.I'm with airtel for 21 years and when I ask for a new add on connection, they want me to provide all documents again as though I'm a new customer. It's sad that Airtel has old age way of doing business

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Amazon membership fee was added wrongly to my bill. I tried to call the customer care to explain that 20 days before. I was told, it will be canceled and the bill will show the new, reduced amount. But still it is showing the same in My Airtel app.
