    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Have filed multiple complaints regarding the network issue in past but nothing has been resolved. The internet speed is worse than 2G in Bengaluru. Nowadays other networks are working better than Airtel. @VodafoneIN @reliancejio @Idea

    @airtelindia worst app services from @Airtel thanks. Its such a crap that i cnt dscribe. I recharged Rs598 for my Mom accnt thru my Airtel app, money was deducted but the recharge didnt hppn. These bloody bastards dnt hve a proper IVR system to reach also.

    @Airtel_Presence I was a Airtel Postpaid Platinum customer for more than 2 years and Airtel prepaid customer for more than 5 years. This is not the support I expected from @airtelindia.

They should atleast offer a discounted fee during this difficult times. This poor #BusinessEthic & poor #CustomerRelationship. Without customer u don’t exist.

    Airtel DTH doesn't have proper facilities doesn't give any proper response from the customer support they don't keep their promises of Airtel DTH from past few years 6 months it will get the issue and all the time technician will be reach after 5 days all the time @airtelindia

    @airtelindia have been struggling with the signal strength.. have tried my best to communicate this to the folks on call and no body seems to care. Further, the update on signal strength on your app is always excellent which I find as an absolute hoax.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Team, why there is no response and update on SR - 31-3005190253988 . It's already more than 24 hrs when I sent the screen recording of the issue. No one is bother to update me either in email or message. So please check and fix this issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia And today is sunday, i checked my complaint status and found it is resolved. When i checked my plan details no plan is found on a que and after a lot of enquiry i got to know one number which is added in my my airtel app but that number is not using anyone else was

    @airtelindia @TRAI The airtel representative called and said that it’s a part of the terms and conditions and it’s pretty much my fault for switching phones. Airtel is the worst. I will never recommend this scam to anyone, please go ahead with Jio.
