Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Calls frequently fail/drop, take 1-2 minutes to connect and often have no voice. Internet also doesn’t work despite full signal. Almost all Airtel users are facing the same issue. Shame on you.
