Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. The whole month's charge is added instantly. No way to get back your money. @Airtel_Presence look into this issue.

Some time good speed for 5 minutes and then suddenly 2G speed for next 20 minutes. Severely impacting the work and overall internet experience. There is no resolution to comaplaints.
