    I was a loyal customer of airtel till today from past 6 years , Was very happy with my regular recharge plan from past one year but now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has increased price and reduced number of days for that plan. Hence I need to change my Sim card.

    @nch14404 help me it’s more than 1 month after porting to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence complained with Nodal officer and later with Nodal officer. Pathetic response. Even lodged complaint with @DoT_India @TRAI .clear violation of consumer rights.I want to file a suite in court.

    @airtelindia I've some problems, nowadays the data is simply being lost, the data usage in the phone is not getting matched with Network, I'm simply getting that I've use 50% data where as I had used only 750 mb (2gb daily data) please help.

    @airtelindia I don't understand what is the use of taking your services where the internet runs in no way and calls doesn't connect. And with all these problems your rate is increased. What is the use of increasing rate where there is literally bad network connection and net.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews what kind of service do you have. From last 2 months after several complaints I am paying for 100 Mbps speed and my modem is 40mbps. Your service engineer pavan kumar yadav has forcefully changed the modem and given an old modem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been getting continuous calls from your call center demanding payments however when I request phone call request I don’t get any to sort out. Till date I have got only 3 calls without any follow ups. Per Airtel I have dues for 6k. Pls help (2/2)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys, please take the xtreme set top box back! It’s frustrating to another level. Restarts every 2 mins, configuration is so slow. Channel info doesn’t show up half the time & the apps downloaded have to be reinstalled every fortnight! #disappointed

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very poor service from Airtel..not even basic apps are loading in smart tv on 100mbps plan. And no option to raise a ticket on the app. ..even your own app is unable to raise a ticket as it's facing connectivity issues

    Decided to pay upmin advance for @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Black connection. Was supposed to delivered within 24 hrs. Nothing yet and the Airtel shop girl who was so eager to help select the plans etc is suddenly not reachable. DON'T Pay in advance.
