@Airtel_Presence is lying to get it's customer signed on to broadband plans. Telling us that you get 6months+2months free, total of 8months when getting a new connection. Only to find out 6months later that 2months extra is applicable only on renewal #airtelbroadband @airtelindia

What a chip organisation which ask customer to recharge minimum of 499 for porting where available pack 245 which works for 84days I guess don't fool the customer @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @sunilbmittal

@airtelindia your broadband customer care is so poor, your agents sign new customer get commission and go away. Make false promises of installation and never respond back. Before starting the services this is how you treat your customers, i am afraid what would be after its live

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Telecomauth Hi, you didn't solve the recharge issue for life time validity prepaid numbers. Every 28 days, yr system is advising us to recharge for ₹23. Why should we do when the sim is supposed to be active for life time. Please resolve it at once

The average is From 0.00 to 20/30 KB whole day !!! 😭😭 My whole family are going to port it to jio !! Fed up of Airtel. @airtelindia
