@airtelindia @Airtelbroadband Right after payment of broadband connection, Service is worst. From yesterday installation guy is saying coming in 30 mins and in evening he says network is down so can't come. Wow! cancel the connection and return my money.

@DamodaranAshok @airtelindia It’s been 15 days and a simple request of updating my address was not taken care of. So many phone calls, average time of 21 minutes on each call, three trips to Airtel Store, so many DMs. Issue still unresolved. Worst customer experience. I would never recommend Airtel to anyone
