Had been flowing up qoth @airtelindia back and forth to come home and fix the wifi connection properly. They detached our intercomm wire and fixed theirs and now not coming back to repair the damage done. Due to this our intercomm is impacted.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence replaced old sim with same number, at 10:30 am, 17th Oct. SMS service was supposed to be started within 24 hrs. Checked with cust care they said time registered is 12:30 night. Why is it so? I was able to make calls a 1:30 PM, 17th. PS start sms serv

@tataplayfiber this is the worst experience in the last 10 years... Never had such a waste of experience from any Internet provider... Every week has frequent downtime.. Used @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence provider since last 5 to 6 years never had such experience.

Hey @airtelindia Why don’t you give the receipt of utility bill(e.g-electric bii) payment through airtel thanks app. Such a hectic experience. After payment its a nightmare to search the receipt and don’t have any proof of payment. Not sure if people are using this service @TRAI

@airtelindia I have registered a complaint on 11th Dec and since then no work has been done to resolve this issue, I have talked to customer care 6-7 times and everytime i have been asked to wait for 2-3 hours and ensured that a team member will contact me but nothing done yet.
