    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys, pls don’t even think of going for Airtel DTH or Airtel one Plan. The set top box is pathetic and overall service is a darn horror story. It will bring misery to you everyday. In the Airtel one plan, you miss their billing date even for a day they will block all connections.

    @airtelindia Hello airtel, I am a mother of 3 months old baby. Today morning I see that on my phone, emergency call only. I thought low Signal. Later called the customer care 121 and got to know I have to opt for duplicate sim. The technician was so rude. Can you plz help.

    @TRAI if we don't understand some languages, than y v r forced to add those channels, v r unable to remove those channels aswel @airtelindia where is the freedom for customer, its in dish r dustbin? there is no rights to choose which v like...

    @airtelnews sucks. They are making plans where cust has to have other packs .. y combo when j want only limited as services. What if I have my separate subscription for #Prime or #Hitstar @airtelindia don't fool your customers

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have called Airtel Customer care for more than 15 times for Broadband for 2 queries 1) Billing date issue 2) Shifting of connection from one City to another None of the queries were completed. lost all patience.

    The @airtelindia customer service says zoom calls we attend are charged to our postpaid phone bill if the host is in another country and you are levied ISD rates. Isn't that really sweet? Well I didn't attend any such call so how do they explain overbilling me?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence KYC, payment evrythng ws done and then you simply deactivate my A/c & cancel my order. I DM'ed evrythng and yet nothing. This kind of impression you're creating? Prabir ghosh (sales) gives fake promise and airtel saves him by deactivating my A/c.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Have shared my number on your DM. Just to highlight I have raised multiple complaints since last 5 months but your system doesn't keep log of more than 1 month! All complaints just marked resolved without any resolution! This is pathetic customer service.

    @VittalGopal It been not even a month since I took @airtelindia connection I'm facing a connectivity issue. And Also there is no proper update or response from your engineer. And Your support will promise within 24hrs resolution but my issue ticket # 10067071616 has crossed 24hr

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet not working for the last 15 hours. Raised the request with SR No.10067321331. No updates. It was supposed to be resolved by 1500 hrs today. Kindly look into it ASAP.
