How do you get in touch or request a call back? Despite saying there's VIP service for Platinum customers it truly is horrible @airtelindia 3 days after taking 5 new connections is this is your service, will definitely have to reconsider.

@airtelindia It's fixed, after a few rounds of twts & mails. Don't know why customer care doesn't respond at earliest. Today user has so many options, if he is sticking wth u for last 10 yrs, give importance, solve issues quickly. I hope this is last tym am tweeting for issues.

Have just taken the One Airtel plan last week and they still haven't come to install wifi connection & no one's responding or even calling back? @airtelindia The service manager is not responding & there's no way to report this on the app. Please fix this. #Airtel #AirtelOne

Booked a 200MBPS connection and paid 3 months advance after providing area details and after installation the speed was 40MBPS. When asked they say thats all there is support for. Repeated calls everyday, of no avail. @airtelindia #AirtelCheats #airtel
