    @ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issues from last week or so and haven't received any resolution for ticket and support team is responding arrogantly as well, if this is the kind of service I would rather switch to other providers @airtelindia etc.

    As per speed test today morning my download speed is around 1.5 mbps and upload is similar and @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has done nothing yet for the rectification on the same for months. Sorry, the service is execrable ! Service is only as good as speeds

    Had been flowing up qoth @airtelindia back and forth to come home and fix the wifi connection properly. They detached our intercomm wire and fixed theirs and now not coming back to repair the damage done. Due to this our intercomm is impacted.

    @airtelindia Is any restriction to customer after using? as Airtel Black like Billing cycle can't be change, not able to pay through your bank account. I am experienced bad service after changing Airtel Black. So many Restrictions😮‍💨
