    @airtelindia My phone and internet A/C 7034076209 is not working since 13th March 2020 morning. Despite repetitive complaint service is not getting restored. Request to restore service within 24 Hrs or else disconnect my phone and internet services.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Incorrect bill generated for d 2 postpaid no.s which were already merged as part of One Airtel plan (2 postpaid & 1 broadband connection). Also not receiving broadband bill on my registered email id. Airtel customer support failed 2 help on d issue.

    @airtelindia in bangalore thanisandra area airtel broadband is ALWAYS down during night time. 121 calls also not going thru. Your IVR have severe issues/bugs. I am seriously considering changing provider.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, I have got this issue resolved through a local vendor but I wish to highlight that RR Nagar Airtel Store Folks were UNHELPFUL, INCONSIDERATE, INSENSITIVE, NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC, as a matter of fact CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY.

    @airtelindia sadly my more than 10 years of association with Airtel broadband service came to an end. It was very good service.Because Airtel broadband doesn't exist in prime location of my new home in RPC layout Bangalore #121 asked me to discontinue service #Missairtel
