@airtelindia can someone help my situation. I had bought a postpaid corporate connection last year. I traveled to US. I gave the SIM for safe custody as soon as I traveled in may. Paid for it regularly and on may 2019 you auto disconnected my service without a prior intimation.

@airtelindia nailed secret sauce on Airtel zero complaints. Try to reach to them using thanks app, there is no way. Send mail to 121 mail if, they say use thanks app. Sent DM on Twitter, they say visit store after taking all the information in middle of lockdown. Pathetic service
