@airtelindia The DTH Xtreme box is faulty and I'm not able to get it serviced and even when I visit airtel store they don't have any info and asked to contact customer care on 121 but I'm not able to contact, but keep reminding me to recharge.

@consumerforum_ @airtelindia is only taking money while recharging but not giving proper service . I have complained several times to them. But still they are not taking action from last more that 8 months. What will be the next process as consumer ,please let me know.

@airtelindia I need clarification on the advance rental... There is no bloody help I'm getting from the time I took the connection, If this continues then I need to switch to a different service provider who is transparent in terms of bill plan and better customer service..
