@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence recharged using Airtel app using Amazon pay n transaction also completed and I have received cash back also from them but recharge is still not reflecting in your app. Tried reaching all helpline nothing is connecting. Finally here to seek service.

@airtelindia your service have become pathetic in Bengaluru. compliant#110867146 raised at 8am today. Original resolution time was 11:30am. Now it is 8:30pm still not resolved. Upon contacting CC getting answer that it will take 3 more days.

It seems that there is no DG for backup when the main is down at the @Airtel_Presence sites in most of the locations in Manipur. I will hav to verify the same and once verified (from the sites near my location), I will lodge a formal complaint to @airtelindia and @DoT_India. 😤
