    @airtelindia I've some problems, nowadays the data is simply being lost, the data usage in the phone is not getting matched with Network, I'm simply getting that I've use 50% data where as I had used only 750 mb (2gb daily data) please help.

    I was a loyal customer of airtel till today from past 6 years , Was very happy with my regular recharge plan from past one year but now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has increased price and reduced number of days for that plan. Hence I need to change my Sim card.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews what kind of service do you have. From last 2 months after several complaints I am paying for 100 Mbps speed and my modem is 40mbps. Your service engineer pavan kumar yadav has forcefully changed the modem and given an old modem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys, please take the xtreme set top box back! It’s frustrating to another level. Restarts every 2 mins, configuration is so slow. Channel info doesn’t show up half the time & the apps downloaded have to be reinstalled every fortnight! #disappointed

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer support for even Postpaid Customers. I am not able to call on numbers starting with 1860, your call center registers it under Bad Network and ask for 4 working days. No complaint number in SMS. TERRIBLE THAT I CANT MAKE A PHONE CALL

    @nch14404 help me it’s more than 1 month after porting to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence complained with Nodal officer and later with Nodal officer. Pathetic response. Even lodged complaint with @DoT_India @TRAI .clear violation of consumer rights.I want to file a suite in court.

    @airtelindia I'm using 3 postpaid connections and facing the data connectivity issue with all 3. I have raised multiple service requests and didn't get any resolution yet. Your team closed my complaint without even notifying me. Worst Customer Service exp. I've ever seen.

    Can't send/receive whatsapp message, can't use social media, can't find jobs, can't play online games in my house just because of this @airtelindia bad indoor network coverage. Can't help this useless company. Worst company with worst service. Wish this company will go bankrupt.

    @Airtel_Presence The poorest of @airtelindia service is in Bangalore it seems. With Airtel broadband for 6 years and this is the first time we are using this third class broadband from Airtel. Abysmally poor to say the least. Comes and goes off at own whims. Devices do not connect to router.
