  @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

  @airtelindia Complaint No. 31-1000014148715 This is not just a billing dispute. It's an Airtel Thanks App issue. I selected a ₹295 International Roaming pack in the app. Airtel later claimed it was an "In-Flight Pack" and billed me ₹698. Which is correct?

Called 121 and guess what? IVR options don’t even work. Press 2 for Wi-Fi query? Ignored completely. What pathetic, zero-accountability service is this? Fix your broken IVR FIRST.
