    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my landline is dead for the last two weeks. Every time I raise a complaint it works for a few hours and then dead again. This is since I shifted to fibre. Horrible service. Not sure why I’m paying when nothing works for over 3 weeks!

    @ViCustomerCare due to this network issue I’ve already raise port request to @airtelindia. Within this week if it is not rectified then I’ll be happy to switch in @airtelindia along with my fellow colleagues.

    @airtelindia I have trying to get a receipt for my deposit amount for the Xstream box since last 3 weeks. I was told by your customer care that airtel does not provide receipts for deposits received from customers. If that is true, are you not committing accounting malpractice?

    @airtelindia My old broadbnd connection was transferred to my new address and then airtel black broadband was installed on top of it. My old connection was not deactivated and I am still getting bills . Please assis to resolve the issue. I am not responsible to pay pending bills.

    @airtelindia Why this company is getting worst network. Iam really upset with this company after an long time 15years of using airtel the most important time when I ply call of duty there were I'll have an network issue iam really disappointed 😒😒😒

    @TRAI @airtelindia charged 1000 rupees in 2007-9 for a sim saying it comes with a lifetime incoming validity and we don't have to recharge the to keep getting incoming calls. Now @airtelindia asks the same customer to recharge with 89/m to keep getting calls. Isn't this cheating?

    @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal @airtelindia I have done all the efforts to get the solution for the said issue. Surprising to see that the tower is damaged from 31 may 2021 and still company is not interested to repair the equipment in 9 months. Finally converted the airtel sim MNP to Jio.
