@ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issues from last week or so and haven't received any resolution for ticket and support team is responding arrogantly as well, if this is the kind of service I would rather switch to other providers @airtelindia etc.

As per speed test today morning my download speed is around 1.5 mbps and upload is similar and @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has done nothing yet for the rectification on the same for months. Sorry, the service is execrable ! Service is only as good as speeds

@airtelindia Please send one of your engineers to the tower side and the other one to my house so that they can both have across the table type discussion. This Airtel never does. I have never seen any Airtel Engr doing this after my complaint. Jio have done it and solved the router problem.

@airtelindia Apart from my handset we have two more different handsets and Airtel SIMS. In any problem of a service provider, the provider should first get his house in proper order. Earlier Email complaint to CEO you went on telling we are looking into problem reported. Then too weak signal.
