@airtelindia hi, there is no reliability/stability in your broadband connection. Getting disconnected periodically. Atleast 2-3 times a month. Not good and it is wasting my time and productivity in raising tickets and following up to get it resolved.

@airtelindia The worst possible service in dth. I have 3 connections, 45 days after escalation to airtel nodal and still no service. No signal and your local service team is extremely arrogant. Pin code is 560085. Airtel sucks

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Lodged many complaints, but no solution. Everytime I only get Msg that "We are working on your issue" and after smtime , without our feedbk and solution, ticket get closed. I am from Bangalore. Kndly do the needfl. Bcoz Twitter is my only option now

@ACTFibernet - internet connection is forever breaking down. Support option on the app doesn't register requests anymore - it simply goes to track on a browser, with no solution. There is no number to speak to a support executive. Are you hinting I should move to @airtelindia
