    Worst customer eccentric company goes to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews First they give commitment then they don't fulfill that commitment and the customer is then harassed. This is the reason that they are losing customers and then they blame @reliancejio

    @FASTag_NETC @airtelindia I ordered 2 FASTags one for my car and the other for my Uncle. When the FASTag reached me from Airtel there was no note to identify for which car it is. Called Airtel multiple times but no help from them. I think I made a mistake for taking from Airtel.

    Hello @TRAI @DoT_India, I have subscribed to Full DND, and still getting a lot of promotional messages and calls daily. I have reported many SMSes via app. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence doesn’t seem to be bothered about issue. Haven’t taken action on single report. No update.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm Staying abroad and my SIM is not working. After contacting 121@Airtel, I raised a new SIM req on 13th Mar 2023 with all relevant docs given. My Father has received the new SIM but its still not activated yet. waiting for more than a month 😡

    @airtelindia why have you removed the xtream smart Remote the only thing which use to work properly. Your hard ware is pathetic and very slow. Only focusing on the software and UI is not going to provide a better experience..look at Tata sky binge remote ..

    @airtelindia I paid ₹4000/- on dated 2nd April 2023 to get the airtel Fiber internet connection. Then I cancelled this request due to bad service in my area. I haven't received my refund amount yet. Shared statement snaps. But no response.
