Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Giving priority to postpaid customers and ignoring prepaid customers in network availability is completely unethical. It’s a blatant case of extortion. The app chat & customer care number throw out a 'outage in your area' message & automatically shut any further communication. There is no local contact to resolve issues
