@airtelindia hey nice trick to cheat people. Show the payment received and ask users to pay more amount. Most untrusted company and feeling sad for switching to airtel. Your app sucks while raising queries.

@IAnnapurnna @airtelindia None of the DTH are Customer friendly! I used to get 100+ channels for 300 rupess. Now I get approximately less than 10 channels! And our government agencies are hand in glove with these money minters! 😡

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why can't we get our eSim request processed even though our email shows verified on the Airtel thanks app. Also there doesn't seem to be any optn to update email on calling the IVR 121, as per the msg RCVD in reply to eSim request. Please help

@TataSky very disappointed with ur bb srvc. following up 2 update email id 4 last 2 weeks. Unable to get invoice because of this. Customer id c2101030502. Tkt R1446966 open for more than 7 days. Tkt R1415143 closed without resolution. Will soon be mvng to @airtelindia bb
