    @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

    @airtelindia looks like your DTG guys don’t understand customer request about not to receive . Even after telling n-th time that there is no requirement for t the DTH connection they keep on calling me . Even after blocking one number they call from another number 1/2

    @airtelindia #worst #cheats broadband installation not done even after 5 days nd repeated false promises over calls till 2days back. Now no1 from service team is even bothered to call or update, feeling cheated after paying full advance, Refund my money now

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No internet since last 2 hrs. SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. It's a working day.I don't hv any option.

    @airtelindia Since 2 months I have been facing internet down issues and I have raised 6 complaints, but only thing I get from airtel is a fancy apology response, but no resolution.. Airtel has consistently become the worst internet service provider these days

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service. We requested a new Airtel Fiber connection on Friday, and your team promised installation within 24 hours. Payment was collected immediately, but it has now been 3 days with no installation.

    @airtelindia This is extremely disappointing service from Airtel. I applied for new WiFi connection and paid ₹1500, but even after 4 days, installation is still pending. The assigned executive’s phone is switched off, and no response from manager or support team.
