@AirtelLtd @airtelindia I am not able to make call to any number which start with 186 for example -18602661177 it says you don't have sufficient balance however my airtell pack is valid till 30th oct. I have visited to the airtell shop also with the complain but they didn't help

Its often reffered to as the age of Internet that has catapaulted the Indian Economy on a fastrack....but in this internet age, @airtelindia takes 15 days to resolve an internet issue on a state change sim, and expects you to sit on your hands for that duration.

Today my airtel fiber connection went down in the morning at 10. I raised the complaint at 10:30. It just came up now. As an IT employee working from home internet is crucial for me. @airtelindia you should underground your wires or improve your complaint resolution time.
