I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

Airtel is charging full rental value and service charges from consumer. Childrens are not able to take online classes. It’s a criminal offence by Airtel. TRAI should take duo moto cognisance and impose penalty or suspend license till Airtel improves the connectivity . Airtel have to spend on Infrastructure, setting of fibre optics , boosters etc.

Now they are saying their backend team will get back to me around 11am tomorrow. I had lodged the complain on 23/7 at 11:30am! @airtelindia shameful.
