@ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia lady called form Vodafone Idea & I explained her total outstanding was only Ra98.99 as per Airtel message emailed to her. Airtel failed to update it resulting into services barred during pandemic if there is emergency what will I do.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I switched from jio to airtel two days back but I am very disappointed with your service, most of the time I am not able to connect to internet, and some times when it connects, the speed is very low. Pls help.
