@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : So this complaint is almost 3 months old. Got some follow up calls, the last one said 'your complaint is not closed, we will surely work on it'. This was around 2 months ago and still the network works as shit. 4G,volte. No change. No improvement.

A disappointing and poor experience with @airtelindia yet again. I have an open network issue for over 1.5 years now and inspire of contacting and emailing customer support multiple times, I haven't received any response yet. Posting this publicly now hoping for a response.

I am not able to send msg from my Airtel number. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence does not care about its customers. The IVRS to call customer care is worst, it's simply waste of time bcoz u never gonna reach to them. Why IVRS not connecting my call to C care directly.
