I have finally decided to Port my network from @airtelindia to some other network provider. From past 20 days i am facing severe issues & i have already drafted my complaint details with @Airtel_Presence My issue is not being resolved. ( 1/2 )

@airtelindia My only expectation is that I am paying my bills regularly, so I should not face any issue. If it is not possible for you to provide proper network then let me, so as to take appropriate action. It's your network not mine, don't you know where are the issues.

I came to know that @airtelindia won't cancel my recharge as it was done on third-party app. And @PhonePeSupport couldn't cancel it either. I came to know that if a customer recharges from @airtelindia website then a customer can get a refund in such cases.
