    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence one of worst service support explanations given by broadband tech team saying since team works till 8 pm they cannot look in to my request raised 5 hours earlier. Airtel team doesn’t have courtesy to call the customer & inform the delay.

    @airtelindia I have changed my Telecom operator through MNP & shifted to @Airtel_Presence after receiving confirmation msg from both the operators & no network in old sim I changed sim to Airtel and now no network after doing all settings.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My current connection which was previously Tata and now Airtel won't work. Pls note that i wasnt informed about the same and since you'll discontinued my service without informing me, i would like to inform you that I won't be paying this month's bill.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Also, i dont want to be an airtel customer any more and your team asked me to email you as an escalation point. Pls assist in getting me offboarded as soon as possible as I'm really frustrated with the servicez transparency and timeliness of resolving this issue.

    What The Hell @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It Costs Me 1GB of My Mobile Data And And Nearly 30 Minutes To Download 274.61MB Video File From @justvoot. Pathetic Service from @airtelindia , That's Why Your Company In Huge Losses , I Pray To God That @airtelindia To Get #ShutDown.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @VittalGopal @sunilbmittal Inspite of assurance for prompt reply to service request to tweet earlier, there has been no reply or response from airtel broadband team. Clearly you know how to treat old customers badly & don’t value customers time.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia customer executive are arrogant and they can disconnect line without proper solution or answer. @VodafoneIN was much better. I think by Joining @Airtel_Presence I have to regret.

    @airtelindia Very difficult for non-Airtel mobile users to contact for broadband or DTH service. Definitely not very customer friendly contact options. Certainly service levels are detoirating. Sad but difficult to deal with company

    @airtelnews @airtelindia Being a broadband customer for last 15 plus years & service expected has been extremely disappointing & disgusting. I don’t have any other option but to go for other service providers now.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had been to your airtel store in Andheri West branch today as internet is not working for more than 10 days now. They told me that because airtel has acquired Tata, the services was stopped / running slow and i have to pay money and buy a new hotspot.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia welcoming their new customers by saying please call after sometime our all customer executive are busy & line disconnected. Few lucky customers got connected and ask whats going on they say call after 4 hours. So whats bad in @VodafoneIN.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service Request 113646526 for Broadband connection raised by 2.30 pm with assurance of visit by service engineer by 3.30/4.30, No response or call from airtel team to look in to this issue till 7.30 pm.

    @airtelindia Hii, I have taken airtel xstream broadband connection six month ago for landline purpuse but after installation agent tell that landline service available only in metro/big city wtf there's no landline service in 2nd Or 3rd tier city make it available in amroha up
