    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how many times i have complained regarding extremely slow speed 4G in my area, but nothing has been done to solve this. It’s so unfortunate that i’m using airtel service since last 15 years. Perhaps the time to port out

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If a customer has taken pains to visit your office and requested disconnection, you must respect that and NOT SPAM him for doing so. 4 days and 50 retention calls not abating. You are ruining customer experience.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can please cancel my order id 21-42373971139 because you guys are most pathetic service provider, i was told i will get installation within 24 hrs but it is almost 60 hours but still there is no installation from your side.

    @TRAI, What is the best possible way of not getting harassed by @airtelindia? Everyday airtel subscribers get annoying calls regarding #airtel5gservices. Neither their service is efficient nor #5G service is enabled. #DnD is not effective, @Airtel_Presence keeps calling anytime.

    Pathetic customer care @airtelindia . Even local broadband services offer faster resolution. Spoke to at least 8 different representatives. And everyone offered quick resolution. And yet nothing. The last one I spoke to, Richa, ended up saying it will be done tomorrow. WORST!

    @FASTag_NETC @airtelindia The moment I request a replacement FASTag, the existing tag is deactivated, forcing me to pay full tolls or fines until the new sticker arrives. Why not issue a duplicate sticker with the same FASTag ID and balance? In case of Wind Shield replacement.

    @airtelindia Once I cancel my port request it should not converted to postpaid. And not even anywhere that once I change from prepaid to postpaid then I have to pay rs 100 or my recharge will be vanished.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ...Based on this experience, I would not recommend Airtel AirFibre to anyone who works from home. I am now planning to cancel the connection and switch to a local provider who can at least provide timely updates and support.

    @airtelindia pathetic service. Airtel wifi not working from past 10-15 days. Mobile Connection also drops every now and then. Customer care disconnects calls and never call backs. Your Airtel thanks app is thankless.. doesn’t provide any solution but just repeating same thing.

    Customers pay for reliable broadband service, not excuses. What is the point of paying if basic Wi-Fi coverage inside a 1 BHK flat cannot be provided? We are completely frustrated with this pathetic service experience. @airtelindia
