    @airtelindia @airtelnews @VittalGopal My Airtel broadband is not working from last 3 days . Airtel thanks app do not have any way to raise issue or service ticket . I have written mail to nodal@officer and also on Airtel email id no response . No one is picking call Center call .

    What a misguiding offer by @Airtel_Presence & @airtelbank under the name of upi for recharging the prepaid plan. Absolutely poor support by both @airtelindia & #WeCare team .shame! Sheer harrasment to get cashback. Not sure why can't they just credit straight fwd automatically

    @airtelindia I called 121, 198, 9810012345 and tried chat options in app. All have listened to my problem and assured that someone will call in 24 hrs from BACK END TEAM to resolve the issue. Waiting for last 10 days.. Not upto mark customer service @airtelindia
