@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your reps keep closing my service request without resolving the issues. I’ve raised multiple tickets for fraudulent international roaming internet charges and disputed them. Airtel has the worst response rate for issues.

@airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.
