@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare Its another of their common tactic to use. It took me 15 days to update my email address with @airtelindia, after 4 escalations. The email address had never changed. Just that they never put it in their database when procuring the sim. And its mandatory now to get things done.

@Airtel_Presence please stop fleecing customers. I added money to airtel wallet for DTH recharge but service charge was deducted without information. Small amount but shows fraudulent mindset. Doesn't happen elsewhere. Highly disappointed by your unethical ways. @airtelindia
