@airtelindia Very disappoint with the Broadband service. Always facing speed issue and when ever raise the request engineer only tell that issue is resolved and asked for OTP but the issue is not resolved. Airtel Fibre is still not available in my area where JIO has fibre.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised request to update my email id and now I was asked to wait for 48 hours. Customer care supervisor tells me that its company policy to delay the update and make the customers wait for getting any info updated. Is this what custmr service mean?

Why is 5g not working on my pixel 7 even after the update @airtelindia The Airtel app says 5g software is not there in my phone.Your page displaying the handsets with 5g also says pixel 7 is yet to recieve the software update. What's wrong?Fix this issue as soon as possible .
