    2 weeks of no proper WiFi and unstable mobile network. Countless calls, repeated promises of an engineer visit, yet no one has shown up. Enough of the false assurances. Resolve this immediately or explain the delay. Customers deserve service, not excuses. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia From today morning at Silvassa, no Airtel network for calls and Internet. While other network like Jio and VI is working in this tough situation. Pathetic service from @airtelindia

    Very disappointed with the service from @airtelindia. Frequent network issues and no satisfactory resolution despite raising multiple complaints. I hope these concerns are addressed soon. It's time for me to switch to another provider.

    @airtelindia it's been 3 days my broadband connection is not working, and with your Airtel Thanks app you folks are making sure that customer can't file a complaint. Better I switch my broadband connection and postpaid connection to some other isp.
