    Failed to address the issue and now it is stalled till tomorrow. What kind of maintenance were you guys doing that completely stopped my wifi?? Very disappointed. I need my WiFi issue resolved right away. It has been hours. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Please dont select Airtel for wifi and DTH. This is not normal because of this i was returned to office 30 kms away. It was hectic day for me. All these because people of airtel not responded. @airtelindia please consider this. Otherwise. People will choose the right network.

    @Airtel_Presence This is the 4th day and person who called me at the end I’d the day now at 7:12 PM is asking me if the Internet issue resolved ??? What a joke?? No body has called me or visited the house to check yet. What kind of service you’re providing ??? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Why are different recharge rates being shown on different phones for the same service? Also, the nonstop recharge reminders are becoming very annoying. Please ensure transparency in pricing and stop spamming customers with excessive alerts. #Airtel @airtelindia

    Avoid @airtelindia unless you looking for outgoing calls only. You may not get incoming call services if you live in a high rise. And @Airtel_Presence would be ignorant about your network issues

    @airtelindia I ported my number from BSNL to Airtel. My BSNL SIM stopped working yesterday night, but the Airtel SIM has still not been activated. I have been without network service since then. Kindly look into this issue and activate my number at the earliest.
