  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How does a company collect its own equipment and then behave as if the customer is responsible for its internal failure? Your silence, lack of accountability and complete absence of ownership are unacceptable. I have preserved the relevant records and CDR evidence.

  @airtelindia I am trying to call toll free starts with 1860 and I hear IVR saying I am not eligible for the call.i am facing since a year. You customer care does not help. What I should port out to @JioCare ? Paying ₹1400 for postpaid and facing issues.

  It's an absolutely pathetic from @airtelindia , I recharged a 5G plan- I should get unlimited 5g in covered areas, but as the daily 2gb quota finished service slow down, previously i have complained regarding the same @TRAI are guys blind, don't you see their frauds

  Never ever opt for Airtel fiber , they promise but never stand with it , worst customer care I have ever seen , until u pay they will keep on calling , once you paid they won’t support on any query #banairtel @airtelindia @narendramodi

  @airtelindia Just close my WiFi connection and stop billing me. I will get it from someone else when you cannot even handle a WiFi shift. Stop lying every damn day on call that you are getting it shifted in a few hours. Take some responsibility and have some shame. @airtelindia
