    @airtelindia why at least once in a month i have wifi and cell service disconnected in my area , it doesn’t work at all for 3-4 hrs always Let me know if you want me to change carrier

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence requsted 10 days ago for Wifi shifting via 121 , confirmed date & time slot nothing .fake promise.. another 4 calls to 121 but no progress..#PatheticAirtel service but full payment & panulties..why not shifting ? DM for registered details SOS

    @airtelindia I am Amit Bhave, I am having Airtel Black service. Since yesterday I am not able to see TV or browse on the internet as Modem (wifi) is not working properly. I am not able to log the exact complaint Digitally as well as on 121. Hence reporting here. Mob 9892467244

    Extremely disappointed with Airtel broadband service. Raised a complaint 4 days ago regarding a complete WiFi outage, but zero resolution so far. It’s unfair that I’m expected to pay the full bill despite the lack of service. @airtelindia

    With no wifi service since the 19th May 2026. Multiple connects with the customer service team. engineer scheduled 2-3 times. None turned up ever. Fed up, placed disconnection request. "Backend" cancelled without consulting. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Consumercourt #airtel
