    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - I have been raising WiFi issues since more than a week, each time promised 4 hours call back, each time the ticket got closed in 4 hours without any resolution. Not sure what’s going on!!

    @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence, It is very strange that I have been calling airtel to install IPTV since last two months. , On their request , I had paid Rs.500 twice to install the same but for reasons of their own they are still unabled giving poor excuses. Resolution reqd.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 1. App status doesn't track status/ requests . 2. Can't shift connection, 5 buildings far 3. No call back from technical team I do not recommend ISP shifting, just cancel, give reasons of moving abroad, mosty , I called them 18 times last 3 day

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What is wrong with Airtel AirFiber? The internet isn't working properly in our library. Even 240p videos are buffering, and we cannot watch our classes. Please fix this immediately so our studies aren't affected.
