Imagine paying for your WiFi, but Airtel won’t let you recharge it because its system linked your connection to someone else’s Airtel One account. That’s my Airtel Xstream Fibre. After 2 weeks and 6+ support calls, without internet. 🧵 My story. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Airtel Team, I accidentally recharged the wrong Airtel number with a ₹299 plan today (30 July 2026) at 11:13 AM. The recharge was intended for another number. Kindly help me with a refund or reversal of the recharge if possible. UPI Transaction ID: 621187254368 Please let me know if you need any additional details. Thank you.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You keep asking customers to DM their number, but I already sent mine 11 days ago and still haven't received any response. What's the point of asking for a DM if no one follows up? Please check my issue and respond.

Been a customer of @airtelindia for 16 years, the network has gone to dog ****. Whatever new space tech they have invented for network prioritisation, is messing up prepaid bandwidth big time. Need to reevaluate my network provider.

Hey @Airtel_Presence My internet isn't working despite showing full network strength. I can make/receive calls & texts fine, but mobile data won't work. Tried restarting & toggling Airplane mode - no luck. Need this resolved urgently! #Airtel @airtelnews @airtelindia
