    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia cleared my AirFiber dues on Jul 16 and requested cancellation on Jul 16. The request was closed on 17, so I raised another complaint on Jul 18. Despite 2 calls, my connection is still active. Please disconnect it immediately. I won't pay any further

    In 2024, the Madurai District Consumer Commission ruled against Airtel in a similar case involving the automatic activation of a ₹649/day intl roaming pack without the customer’s consent. Airtel was ordered to refund the charges and pay ₹30,000. @consumerforum_ @airtelindia

    I recently ported to @airtelindia but I am facing issues in incoming and outgoing calls. When someone is calling me it's showing either switched off or nothing. When I am calling someone, it's not getting connected. VOLTE is also not activated. Worst @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia i have recharged with 3599 plan which comes with unlimited 5g but even when im in the 5g coverage my usage is been deducted from dialy 2gb limit. Solve my issue.

    I recently ported in my number into @airtelindia . My number is activated in Airtel but I am facing multiple issues while using the services. 1. Enable VOLTE on my number from your side. VOLTE is enabled in my device but not enabled in your system.

    @airtelindia Mistakenly my brother has claim the coupon of postpaid. When he is calling your customer support you guys are denying to convert it to prepaid and restore the recent plan of 84 days. As per your policy we can restore within 30 days.
