    @airtelindia I have a postpaid family plan for two, both devices support 5G SA service, but I get SA only in one device, while the second one is still NSA. The second one which shows NSA, shows SA with Jio sim. So the problem is not with the phone. How is this a priority service?

    @airtelindia It’s been eight days since I posted this ad and six since it was posted, yet there’s no resolution. You’ve also stopped calling me for two days now, which clearly shows you don’t have any intention of resolving this. I believe we can consider this if you are okay with me disconnecting all my three postpaid and WiFi connections and diluting my Airtel black. If you are still interested, please call me with a proper resolution and timeline. Otherwise, I will consider this a non-resolution and disconnect my connections.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst customer service. I want to terminate/shift my broadband connection but there’s NO option to reach a human executive on your customer care number. Why is it so hard to talk to a real person? Resolve this ASAP.

    Held hostage by @airtelindia? 🚨 Traveled to Lucknow Chowk store to change my postpaid plan—staff failed. Called customer care—they failed. Now system blocks my MNP port-out request due to a "bundle offer." Unacceptable trap. Resolve this & clear my porting code! @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for the last 4 days i have not been able to yse my wifi. When it comes to clutch situations, you always choke. Disgusting customer service and worse follow up from a company who’s losing customers
