    Best hack to send document/smallest file/video using @airtelindia network 1- put ur data on upload 2- put ur device aside 3- get out of house 4- get in ur car/cab 5 - go to data receivers home 6- hand deliver it 7 - job done and so fast! And connect personally.

    Airtel broadband worst customer service experience. I spoke with 25 customer representative as well as Senior escalation. No solution even you people can’t understand customer concern. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I don’t think you need a personal response from me. You should just stop enabling double recharge of plans and the plans should be consecutively pushed. The customer shouldn’t be allowed to charge over an existing plan. You just have to take the feedback and update your systems
