    @airtelindia - There is outage for wifi connectivity during working hours. Yesterday in afternoon there was outage and today from around 11:30 AM. Not sure what kind of activity you are carrying out but it's impacting work. Location Pimple Saudagar Pune

    What a pathetic app, @airtelindia There’s no option to correct or change the registered name for my Wi-Fi connection. And who even entered my name like this in the first place? Why are you adding names on your own without the customer’s input? 🙄

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Calling customer care is equally ridiculous. The automated message says the issue will be resolved by July 8. Today is July 17, and it is still giving me the same outdated date. Does anyone at Airtel even monitor these systems?

    @kingtn33 @airtelindia it's very bad decision. I'm doing work from home. If I want to tether my phone & laptop when my broadband is not available, I should be allowed to do it. Why I shouldn't do this? Is there any rule that I shouldn't connect my phone with my another phone thru hotspot?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i recharage wrong amount and i go to chat option for refund and your chat saying you not recharge any plan this is worst service from you now tottaly my money wasted There is no support

    WHO ASKED YOU TO RESCHEDULE?? SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER AND INFORMED. NOONE DID. I JUST DONT WANT TO CONTINUE THE PLAN. INITIATE REFUND FOR THE REMAINING MONTHS I HAVE PAID. HAD A DEAL WITH @airtelindia. Am switching over.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thanks for your prompt reply. However, I have already lost 2 days of service from my billing cycle due to this issue. If there is any further delay, who will compensate for the service loss? Kindly look into this on priority and resolve it soon.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia This is exactly how AI should not be used. AI should make customer support faster and easier—not become a wall that prevents customers from reaching a human when the automated system has clearly failed.
