@somitsrivastav_ @JioCare There services are **** i got a new connection and it stopped working after an hour i was like wtf. Pathetic customer service and internet. Go for a @airtelindia instead i think its good then jio service. The told me after 3 days technician would come just 💩💩💩.

@airtelindia What kind of crap service do you provide. It's been 5 days, since my broadband is not working. I have raised concerns multiple times on airtel thanks app and customer care number inpast 5 days. But I don't see any response.

@airtelindia Ur 4G was very worst. Then how u launch 5G...i send two pdf with capacity of 20 mb but it takes more than 30 min not in remote area just in chennai..this weekend i change my airtel number to jio......bye bye airtel.....

@airtelindia Nice pathetic service you got here. Shifting broadband connection from #gurugram to #pune and no one is able to provide solution let alone a call back since 5 days. Been a customer for more than 10 years and now I have to say you guys are not worth the time.
