  @airtelindia This is the worst customer experience. My Airtel Fiber shifting/installation has been rescheduled again without any proper reason. Every time it's postponed, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Please stop delaying and complete the installation as promised.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My AirFiber network has been completely down since August 5th. Your team promised a resolution by August 6th at 8:30 PM, but no technician ever showed up. Dispatch a field executive to resolve this today.

  My @airtelindia Airtel number can not send messages but can recieve them. Calls are going through. 5G is also working. Tried all possible Google troubleshooting. Been trying this for 2 days but no help from Airtel Customer Care. Someone expert in networking please explain?

  @airtelindia what the hell is your service. I am a postpaid customer. I am not able to make calls or receive calls. I raised ticket on 5 Aug 2026 and it says to be resolved by 20 August 2026. What stupid process is this, I am facing issues now and you'll help after 15 days???

  Just wanted to know if BSNL has better internet or not. Because @airtelindia and @reliancejio doesn't seem to work on their service optimization just takes money and find ways to charge more. I am looking to port to BSNL but would like to know if that is even feasible. Not worth it if they can't provide consistent internet while I am gaming and if I have to give up on gaming so better to move to cheaper option for sim cards.
