    @airtelindia please help-my friend is facing problem with your unreasonable services. Company has deactivated the sim and asking too much for verification process. His family members lives in remote area and he is not able to connect them or transfer the money. #disappointed

    @airtelindia i convert my number from prepaid to postpaid just 3-4 days before and the internet is not working properly . What a shame. If you are charging for 5G, but speed not even of 2G. prepaid speed was some better. Your adds misleads and makes too much hype of connectivity

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for today, but the technician never came and didn’t answer calls. Now it has been pushed by 2 days, and the new technician is also not answering. Please escalate and arrange installation today.

Please stop sending generic responses and provide a clear update with a resolution timeline. My amount has been debited, but the recharge is still not reflected.
