I had port my sim card from Idea to Airtel and when i had received a call from Airtel that my no will be port and get activated in just 10min and now after 18 hr airtel customer care will be saying that sim will get activated in next 72hr@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia I am forced to report here that speed of internet is negligible in my area of Jaipur city. I registered complaints twice which were closed without even being tried to communicate me even once. Treat this as A WARNING FOR LEGAL ACTION after 7 days of this.

I was frustrated with these bot replies from twitter and moved on to a local broadband as they are responsive. Airtel has reached out to new customers in cities but have not improved their after sales services.

Today only received call for #AirtelBlack thank God I wouldn't opted .. this is call service?
