I have recently done my number portability from #Jio to @airtelindia coz I was having network problem with Jio but I think I have taken a wrong decision. @Airtel_Presence I am having network problem. Kinldy resolve.

I think @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is facing crisis like Jet Airways that they have stopped responding to customer queries, it's a very poor customer care team, #socialmedia team of airtel is much more pathetic, that after first response they don't revert to customer

Dear @airtelindia in mumbai we are facing issues since last two months, calls is not getting connected, even network fluctuations (2g, 3g,4g) internet also not able to connect, I have postpaid number but it's worthless 300+gb data balance. Rubbish service after many complaints.

If I don't get my mobile number IMEI then @rpfcr don't file #FIR and @airtelindia @reliancejio @oppomobileindia denied to share my device or sim IMEI number means helping mobile theft lobby and many cases are not resolved. @TRAI is more concern for service providers not customer
