    Airtel don't listen or respond to complaints. That's why decided not come back to Airtel. I raised complaint for plan bill generated when connection was in safe custody. Whenever they calls back I think its regarding complaint. But again calling for bill payment. @airtelindia

    Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI

    No action till now , @airtelindia expects me to carry all original documents while traveling. Got 3 calls from Airtel office ... but no resolution. I also missed a idea sim along with this ... I got the new sim in 3 min

    @airtelindia thanks app is a crap literally. Not even register a support request , disconnection request . This company is not listening to customers , even after migrated to @JioCare I can't process my disconnection. Tried all possible ways , always auto msg templates n replys

    Scam by @airtelindia My SIM has randomly stopped working multiple times in past 2 weeks. Every time I visit store, I get a different answer -DoT suspended SIM, KYC needed etc. Now nodal office says no KYC needed, but I’m being asked to pay ₹50 for a duplicate SIM to fix this.
