Visited 5 Airtel shop for shifting postpaid to Prepaid at least 10 times.I was declined each time with stupid excuses. Upon Porting my number to another network i was immediately assured the conversion to prepaid to be done over the call online @airtelindia @AdityaBirlaGrp @TRAI

Unless there's a clarification on why this was charged, I'm not paying it. And u dare charge me late fee.. I'm leaving Airtel for good. U no more hold the monopoly for good network in India. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Guys if you are unable to deliver good network in 4G at my location, roll back 3G I don’t care but I need a working network where browsing doesn’t feel like a headache. Really tired of doing Aeroplane mode to refresh network 🙏 do something It’s been 4months🤔
