    @TRAI Airtel is intentionally withholding unique port codes even after generating them twice. They are also imposing unwanted services on customers. When a customer wishes to discontinue these services, all other services are disconnected. @airtelindia

    Dear Customer, Your service request. no. 116988370 for technical issue on Airtel Xstream Fiber/Fixedline ID 014931749174_dsl has been closed. Ye Shuru hote hi khtm hogya disconnecting after every 30 mnts 3rd complaint after installing within week @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia how to get a new sim if the person in whose name sim is registered is outside the country? Don't you have a resolution for these types of cases or should I be stuck with your policy of making the original person knock be present for the new sim? #airtellhelp

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I think Airtel has employed IAS Officers for field job which don’t even pick the phone call of customer. Inspite of repeated followups from last three days with the field person, he is neither picking the call nor calling me back.

    Now I am confirm to Airtel. It's very worst network in *Internet* side. When I am going to office is working normally but when come home it's working on 2 kb per second sometime it's nill. Now says that Airtel no more open network. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I’ve been to Airtel Store at Hadapsar. The issue was I transferred my Airtel eSIM from an old iPhone to new iPhone as per steps given on official Airtel website. The process got completed and eSIM got deleted from old phone and in phone it shows no service.

    Hii @airtelindia I am facing continuous issues with my Airtel WiFi connection in Berhampur. Initially, it worked perfectly for 3 months. Then I recharged for 6 months (100 Mbps plan), which is a big expense for a middle-class user like me who depends on stable internet for work-from-home. However, within the first few days, 4 days were completely wasted due to technical issues from Airtel’s side. Recently, I again faced 2 days of complete service disruption. These repeated outages are causing serious loss, and there is no compensation or recovery provided. Customer care response is poor, and even the local Airtel office in Berhampur is not taking complaints seriously. This is highly disappointing. I request Airtel to: 1.Compensate for the lost days 2.Improve service reliability 3.Take customer complaints seriously Please resolve this urgently.

    @srikant1918 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Same thing happened to me. Waiting for a refund from 2 weeks. It seems they don't give a **** about their customers. The request still shows in progress from last 2 weeks
