    @Airtel_Presence Dear Faizan @airtelindia I sent you my complaint /query on the 31st of October 2020 and I'm waiting to resolve the issue at the earliest. You can cancel my subscription from the above mentioned date and not keep it on hold if that's what you mean. Awaiting the email reply.

    Mr. Gopal Vittal @airtelindia do you have any say on the issue of services offered in plan cannot be claimed due to incorrect update by Airtel. Helpdesk and Escalation desk is not even ready to provide the complaint number for the issue. I hope the Voice of customer reaches you!
