    @airtelindia -- after using your postpaid billing service , internet is very poor in navi mumbai from nerul to airoli . Even in home I'm unable to use internet service. It take 15 min to load a Twitter page . Fed up of the service .

    Face serious internet issues in @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence now. In a day twice the network automatically switches off. It's converted to 4G/3G from #5G anytime. Please do something otherwise many options are available in the market. #Airtel

    @airtelindia It's been more than 96 hours since I booked for installation of Airtel fiber. Not a single update. Agent doesn't do ****. Technician won't pick up calls. And the customer care is even outrageous.
