    Hey, @airtelindia and @IRCTCofficial . Thanks for placing ads with "book now" buttons on the train booking page that take you to Airtel instead of payments page. Thanks to this, I've lost my tatkal booking and had to cancel important trip.

    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    @YourbroRishabh @airtelindia feels like a scam based on my experience. 1 month, multiple complaints, zero resolution. Service requests get closed without fixing the issue. Even as a postpaid customer, I haven't received the promised priority/Fastlane benefits. Extremely disappointed.

    Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia Dharna , Barghat Tehsil, Seoni District (Madhya Pradesh) is a major township, yet 5G service is still unavailable. Due to slow internet speeds, many users are switching to other telecom providers. Please launch 5G services here as soon as possible.
