    @airtelindia extremely bad response for the Issue with my airtel broadband "Hi, your service request no. 10115468401 has been assigned to engineer Santosh Gupta (07947483911). He will contact you between (19 Dec 2022 06:00 PM - 07:00 PM). Inspite of this no visit by any tecnicia

    @DoT_India Thanks 🙏 really appreciate. As it’s there . That in dec only 4 times net was not working . Other companies like @airtelindia service is super quick. I have airtel at my office . And no frequent network problem also . @HathwayBrdband has taken customers for granted

    @ShivamVahia Does the 5G speeds work when traveling in mumbai western local train line ? Also which is the network Jio or Airtel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network sucks while traveling on mumbai local route.

    Hey, @airtelindia and @IRCTCofficial . Thanks for placing ads with "book now" buttons on the train booking page that take you to Airtel instead of payments page. Thanks to this, I've lost my tatkal booking and had to cancel important trip.

    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    @airtelindia I am going 2 port my sim to @JioCare if my network issue is not resolved in 48 hours. This is the last airtel sim in a family of 20. @JioCare please confirm if my pack can be carried forward if i port my sim to Jio.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your network of internet sucks from many days what the hell is going on. It’s not making any sense to having such a horrible internet service. I feel I am living in some rural areas due to such kind of network service. Please do something.

    Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence - I made an advance payment of 12 months for your 300 Mbps Fiber connection in Feb 22, and yet I've been sent a bill 2 months in advance of my plan expiry. On contacting your customer service helpline, I'm receiving incoherent responses.

    @airtelindia @perplexity_ai I have ported my prepaid number from Airtel to @JioCare 6 months ago. I am no longer an Airtel customer, but I receive renewal SMS for perplexity pro. Request cancellation of any VAS and confirmation that no charges will be made.

    @airtelindia Very poor network. Frequent call drops and unusable internet. Raised many complaints, but no resolution. I have a 1-year recharge plan and still can't use the service properly. Pathetic customer support. Please fix this urgently.

    @airtelindia 2/3 The moment my 30GB was exhausted, my internet became practically unusable—even on a 5G phone in a 5G coverage area. If the add-on includes "Unlimited 5G," why does the service become unusable after the base data is consumed?
