    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your network of internet sucks from many days what the hell is going on. It’s not making any sense to having such a horrible internet service. I feel I am living in some rural areas due to such kind of network service. Please do something.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews my broadband acc no -20008320550 there is internet issue since last 2 hours pls open a complaint and fix it ASAP. Showing error no internet connection. Try to open complaint on airtel aap but hard luck your chat bot has only genric update

    @airtelindia I have not used my DTH for the last 3 months and I am still being charged for the services. To top it all my outgoing calls were suspended. Inspite of repeated requests my bills are being generated Tried calling customer care and to deactivate from Airtel app nothing works

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there is no option to deactivate or remove broadband service/account on your app?! No one lives at that place and no internet is being used, all the pending bills before that have been cleared! How can you forcefully keep a customer's account

    @DoT_India Thanks 🙏 really appreciate. As it’s there . That in dec only 4 times net was not working . Other companies like @airtelindia service is super quick. I have airtel at my office . And no frequent network problem also . @HathwayBrdband has taken customers for granted

    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    There is no difference in @AnthropicAI and @airtelindia if you look closely. - both create unnecessary chaos in market. - both will end up losing customer base. At the end most of the it's average out, ~1% abuse or use agressively unlimited data.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Collect router ASAP. Week since disconnection requested. Had to finish today. Confirmed by call center agent.Switched to TATA Fiber.Will discard router if you fail to collect. Dues cleared upto disconnection. NO FURTHER PAYMENTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED

    Airtel @airtelindia is sucking consumers in every possible way. Have been using their service from last 15 years or so. We do connect Hotspot to our internal devices too when not in wifi reach. That's also f***d up now. To port, I already recharged with annual plan.
