    Hi, Airtel team, my SIM card was not working, I got it replaced today. The store charged me Rs. 25/- for the SIM card without any acknowledgement. @airtelindia @StoreAirtel please confirm if there are any such charges, as this is not mentioned anywhere in website or app. Thanks.

    I would say port it to @airtelindia atleast you get better network... not sure if they would do the same but atleast have good network and trust me you have to pay the bill, Vodafone doesn’t listen to what we have to say... best of luck for fighting with corporate goons

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Very poor service. They r playing as service engineer ll resolve & the bloody IVR always say it ll be resolved in 3hrs. When the cut off time is passed again it ll be 3-4hrs will added sutomaticakky From past three it is the same drama.
