    Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence - I made an advance payment of 12 months for your 300 Mbps Fiber connection in Feb 22, and yet I've been sent a bill 2 months in advance of my plan expiry. On contacting your customer service helpline, I'm receiving incoherent responses.

    @airtelindia One of the worst experiences ever, I've been trying to upgrade my broadband speed from 300mbps to 1gbps, for which I've had to make 30-40 phone calls to their customer service and speak with 5-6 supervisors to escalate the issue, but still no progress 😤😤😤

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel WiFi suddenly got disconnected again and this has become a frequent issue. Very disappointing support experience as the Airtel app only has a chatbot with no proper resolution or customer care access. Please fix this ASAP.

    @airtelindia Paid for Airtel Xstream Fiber on 1 May 2026. Installation cancelled on 9 May due to service unavailability in my village, but refund still not received. Support says they tried calling, but I received no call/SMS and my number is active. Please process refund ASAP.
