@airtelindia I have airtel postpaid connection, and I'm not able to access internet properly even when I'm not in problematic areas qt all. I'm getting very poor service. In the airtel thanks app, I'm not able to raise a complaint. I'm not even able to contact the customer care.

@airtelindia I am forced to report here that speed of internet is negligible in my area of Jaipur city. I registered complaints twice which were closed without even being tried to communicate me even once. Treat this as A WARNING FOR LEGAL ACTION after 7 days of this.

@airtelindia When India is moving towards 5G, Airtel India is still in 1G. I'm a prepaid subscriber with 4G sim. The strength of mobile data is less than 1 kb. Last week I raised an online complaint too. Till date the speed of mobile data remains the same.

@airtelindia is charging me international data usage charges since last 3 months despite data barring ON my number. Airtel customer care agent confirmed the same. This is really disappointing from Airtel. Please solve this problem asap.
