    @Airtel_Presence Though my concern is not addressed as per my expectations. But it is fault of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and not any individual executive and hence your apology is accepted and for exact clarification I have filed an NCH complaint with docket number 2713675

    @airtelindia Sitting at airtel customer care centre in Vidhyadhar nagar, Jaipur. Need to send one port message but they are saying that I have to do a recharge of rs 129 even to send a single sms. Is this not loot?? @reliancejio Plz help. Need to send port message.

    @airtelindia pathetic services of dth, got the error with dish antina rectified by paying service charge however in 2 days same problem occur and service provider asking to pay charge again. Very unethical and irritating. After multiple calls also not ready to come and fix.

    @airtelindia I have airtel postpaid connection, and I'm not able to access internet properly even when I'm not in problematic areas qt all. I'm getting very poor service. In the airtel thanks app, I'm not able to raise a complaint. I'm not even able to contact the customer care.

    Airtel Fiber installed today morning. Technician said activation will take 2 hours due to backend issue and promised to return. Still no activation and no response to calls. If this is the service during installation, how will support be later? Worst experience. @airtelindia

    Airtel was very rude and gave me a postpaid SIM and did not even tell me about its charges When I asked they said it to me and they also spoke very loudly and gave me a postpaid SIM while trying to reach the target @airtelindia especially chakal andheri East branch
