    @airtelindia this is 3rd time I’m again escalating the issue re DTH -3037520684 getting restarted automatically kindly arrange the replacement of DTH else take back the DTH and initiate the refund to me

    @sunilbmittal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For Airtel money is important or customer service. Paying 2.5K per month. Engineer visited device is not compatible then it’s not customer fault. Requesting to install old box of ours and return money.

    The Indoor coverage of the Airtel India is very very bad i dont get calls at home and the internet also don’t work all the time every day I’f I wan to use my internet then I have to go outside my home I’m totally fed up don’t buy Airtel card @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have been a proud customer of Airtel for 20 years now. Even when I moved across cities I continued with Airtel. In the recent past I have been facing lot of outages in my broadband connection. What’s shocking is that the outages are hours long. Please address asap

    @airtelindia Every alternate day, there is some issue with #Xstreamfiber network. And you are taking 4-5 hrs to resolve. Local providers giving much better service. Not so good experience with #Airtelfiber. Won't recommend to others.

    @airtelindia Hello Airtel, i have raised multiple request for the upgradation to fiber. Since 4 months your side there is no proper response. Look like airtel does not care about its customer Only advertisement you focus on complain but in reality you have very poor response
