@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I pay around ₹20 per day to my postpaid account just to get a miscall alert. Most of the time voice network is zero. And internet is not different. I was told network will improve that's why I shift from Vodafone to here.

If this happens in a city like Mysore, just imagine lower tier cities. I made mistake choosing airtel over bsnl recently will revert. Pls don't choose @airtelindia

@airtelindia Why is it impossible to talk to a real customer care executive? The app and helpline only route to a bot with fixed options, which does NOT solve real issues. Customers deserve to speak to a human, not be forced into automated replies.
