    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they advertise best network and the fastest, visited their service center for help and guess what their server is down the whole day, bullshit about India's best network. This is reality check for such fruad companies who just have worst centers.

    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Waiting at your fort mumbai branch from the past 20 min yet to be served. No one at the front to guide customer's. When asked for the manager was told he/she is busy on a zoom meeting. Very disappointed

    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    1 YEAR. Same issue. 15-20 complaints every month. Technicians come late, do temporary fixes, argue, and leave. Still no permanent solution from .@airtelindia despite repeated requests to change the modem/wire and fix the power issue. I’m mentally exhausted chasing support again

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested permanent disconnection of my Airtel WiFi connection after cancelling the ownership transfer request. Airtel support confirmed disconnection within 7 business days. Today I received an email saying ownership was updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Need urgent resolution and confirmation of permanent disconnection with no future billing.

    @airtelindia Never seen such pathetic service provider, placed Wi-Fi order and it’s been 24 hrs yet no one contacted. No ivr call option, no proper chat support. Good that I experienced it before installation, ACT Fiber is 101% better than you people. @Airtel_Presence
