@airtelindia hi, i have two post paid and while making bill payment i can see Rs 6 and Rs 5 biller extra in both numbers as international SMS charges. Not sure it is mistake or intentional as no such sms sent by me in both numbers. Help me with log of these SMS done by me.

@airtelindia last couple of weeks it’s been horrible network experience. Cross connections in 1 out of 3 calls. Worst signal coverage. Airtel May now qualify as worst networks operator …. Sad it’s not getting addressed

@airtelindia What a pathetic service by airtel broadband. You guys take minimum 24 hrs to resolve the complaint. This is the case with Mumbai. God knows how do you provide services in remote areas. Have faced 10 to 12 instances when broadband was down in last 5 months.

Part - 2, The company claimed that the number never existed in thier database. After repeteadly telling them that the last recharge was done on 16/04/21 for which the proof was provided still there was a negative intent from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to resolve the issue.

@airtelindia I have recharge 4 times by different modes (Amazon pay, airtel thanks , mobile banking) since yesterday but my recharge was unsuccessful. Every time amt has been debited from my a/c and txn is fail frm airtel. This type of technical issue is unexpectable from airtel.
