Frequent disconnection issue with @Airtel_Presence broadband. Never faced this in my office where I'm using it for last 13 yrs. Probably bcoz in a hurry to install before @reliancejio came in Parel, they left the cables hanging & hence the issue. Pl resolve @airtelindia

@airtelindia i m using a airtel from last couple of years before i was using a Vodafone I switched here just for better network and good internet ,lol its worst more then that whenever tried to connect with customers service they say your queries will resolve shortly.#airtel

@JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia Still jio customer care responded unprofessionally.Visit time is not yet confirmed. I have submitted the request to CANCEL my Jio Fiber & submitted a new request to install Airtel black. Airtel is tried and tested. At least they fix the issues in time.
