    @airtelindia One of the worst experiences ever, I've been trying to upgrade my broadband speed from 300mbps to 1gbps, for which I've had to make 30-40 phone calls to their customer service and speak with 5-6 supervisors to escalate the issue, but still no progress 😤😤😤

    Does @airtelindia work properly on your phone or is it only mine? Network 5G is full but i can’t even watch youtube. Airtel is getting worse and worse. Time to shift jio i guess!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is zero mobile network in Jio World drive for all Airtel users since the past 1 week. Can someone look into this or is it that we need to switch to Jio to get network here

    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews my broadband acc no -20008320550 there is internet issue since last 2 hours pls open a complaint and fix it ASAP. Showing error no internet connection. Try to open complaint on airtel aap but hard luck your chat bot has only genric update

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Could please stop calling customers 100+ times when it is confirmed that number porting request already initiated. Why Airtel agent calling again and again to showing their concern. First improve your network and atleast give 4G speed. Pls inform

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence everytime I upgrade my phone which are iPhones they always struggle to register my airtel number for iMessage and FaceTime. What could the issue be ? And finally it registers after like few weeks which is weird but Jio gets registered instantly

    @airtelindia extremely bad response for the Issue with my airtel broadband "Hi, your service request no. 10115468401 has been assigned to engineer Santosh Gupta (07947483911). He will contact you between (19 Dec 2022 06:00 PM - 07:00 PM). Inspite of this no visit by any tecnicia

    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    Really Pathetic Customer Service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after stopping International Roaming by calling on 121 last month,sending bill with IR charges again.Talking to customer care is really frustrating. Porting is last resort.Hope @JioCare serves better.

    @airtelindia Wi-Fi has been down since yesterday, and this happens for at least 2–3 days every month. We are charged for the full month, but even a one-day payment delay results in penalties. Please resolve this issue and provide an adjustment for the service outage.
