I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

Giving priority to postpaid customers and ignoring prepaid customers in network availability is completely unethical. It’s a blatant case of extortion. The app chat & customer care number throw out a 'outage in your area' message & automatically shut any further communication. There is no local contact to resolve issues
