Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. There's is separate line item at the same time for a local call. Till now you have not been able to tell me how that's possible. You are just closing the ticket saying billing is correct. How can a operator of your size allow fraud within your network? On top of that I was told my complaint is legit and I will get the refund in my next bill.
