@Airtel_Presence on what basis a ticket is closed especially when no action is taken on ground to fix the issue; that too twice. And you claim to fix the network issue in a speedy manner. When you can’t provide basic cellular connection on Bangalore . @airtelindia @airtelnews

Had been flowing up qoth @airtelindia back and forth to come home and fix the wifi connection properly. They detached our intercomm wire and fixed theirs and now not coming back to repair the damage done. Due to this our intercomm is impacted.

@airtelindia Seurity measures are not followed before downloading airtel thanx app sim binding is not compulsory and automatically upi id has been generated and easily get linked with bank account having the same mobile number without confirming with the customer

Hey @airtelindia Why don’t you give the receipt of utility bill(e.g-electric bii) payment through airtel thanks app. Such a hectic experience. After payment its a nightmare to search the receipt and don’t have any proof of payment. Not sure if people are using this service @TRAI

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please help me out it's been 12 days with pathetic speed on my airtel fiber, I'm paying you for 100mbps but all I'm getting is 0.9Mbps. I'm fed up of reaching out to 121 wherein they just increase thr resolution time by 2days this is not acceptable!!

@airtelindia Very bad fibre connection Internet always down. Very bad surfing speed despite having 100mbps connection. No satisfactory response after complain. So disappointed. It seems, will switch soon. #AirtelFibre I won't recommend.
