    @airtelindia DTH not linked to the device at home for my Airtel black account and the customer care directs to a service engineer who in turn directs back to customer care. Nobody is able to solve and absolutely pathetic service

    @airtelindia as I was saying 2) after your customer executive assured me that my issues would be resolved after I activated my plan, I did activate it only to be stuck in the same hopeless loop. No extra days as guaranteed, internet still 50% less than what I am paying for.

    Dear @airtelindia I raised a Wi-Fi shifting request on 07.06.2026 after confirming the process with your customer care team, as I was transferred from Chennai to Gorakhpur. Despite reptd follow-ups, none came to shift the connection, leaving me without internet for nearly 25 days

    Hey @airtelindia, I’m travelling & needed urgent data. Recharged today at 4:36 PM, but terms were so misleading I had to pay again just to get internet. Customer care says data will hit "later"—what good is that when I’m on the road right now?

    @indian_youth67 @airtelindia 2km is too much for airwaves you can get on terrace or in outdoors but indoors signals won't penetrate inside rooms with this much distance possibly they shouldn't have deployed low frequency bands on nearby tower that's why it's showing no signal.
