@airtelindia how do we resolve issue related to recharge, neither the app nor customer care nor writhing an email is helping. I have done a recharge of 2398 on my wife number but no reacharge done and payment is debited. I am getting no option on any digital platform to raise.

@Airtel_Presence Thank you for the standard response and not doing anything. I have raised a request for cancellation. Now @airtelindia says it needs a whopping 45 days to refund the money. I have no idea how customer can be kept waiting for 45 days and not even ready to pay interest.
