@ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia lady called form Vodafone Idea & I explained her total outstanding was only Ra98.99 as per Airtel message emailed to her. Airtel failed to update it resulting into services barred during pandemic if there is emergency what will I do.

@airtelindia please stop your extortionist practices. Other providers stop broadband services if the customer doesn't renew but @airtelindia doesn't deactivate even when customer requests. Then after a few months, they activate their pesky callers to start pestering. Disgusting.

What the f**k are you doing @airtelindia Past 10 days all users faced internet issues. And we r raised soo many times. But there is no use. This is cheating against policies. I am recharged 3Gb/day. But I can use only 1.5gb/day. Because of network issues. Solve the problem ASAP
