Hello @airtelindia can you please let me know when the internet services will be back? It shows a red light on LOS on the modem. Have tried restarting the modem as well. It doesn't work. This happened in the afternoon as well.

@airtelindia we have a broadband connection with you in our office, it is one of the worst service ever. The network drops every 30 mins or so and all the work goes for a toss. Being in the generation where everything is online, Airtel is degrading it's service day by day.

Worst service by @airtelindia for shifting connection of broadband first they tell change you existing plan which is 499 to 799 then they unable to process the request. Best way to fool customers.Kindly change my plan to basic and take my shifting request
