    For months & months I tried getting @ViCustomerCare to help me. Begged them to call but no answer. Finally got an @airtelindia SIM. Goodbye @VodafoneGroup BTW I was a premium corporate customer. And now outstanding on account is 20k+ good luck collecting it.

    @airtelindia I am new prepaid user . I have been told to do first recharge of 297. I am trying to do using airtel thanks app but it's not allowing as there is no such recharge. I tried using third party app but still transaction getting failed. Can you please help.

    @airtelindia Raised a multiple tickets, regarding the bad network coverage at my home. Each time the ticket is closed without any proper resolution. And there is no way you can talk to customer care and reopen the ticket or to get the solution
