    @sunilbmittal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For Airtel money is important or customer service. Paying 2.5K per month. Engineer visited device is not compatible then it’s not customer fault. Requesting to install old box of ours and return money.

    @airtelindia this is 3rd time I’m again escalating the issue re DTH -3037520684 getting restarted automatically kindly arrange the replacement of DTH else take back the DTH and initiate the refund to me

    @airtelindia I have ported a sim to Airtel from Jio on 11/02/2021. However till now I have no network on my aim after changing the SIM several times. The standard reply after several calls is change SIM, reboot the phone. I am tired and will port back. Disappointed!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia company should spend money on putting more network towers 2 ensure a good network & not on advertisements giving tall claims of excellent network,no call drops, super fast data speed etc.,which r all false.The network & data speed r pathetic.

    @Airtel_Presence , my mobile number 9892190796 not working At shop MASJID BUNDER No network due to unavoidable circumstances, after waiting for a year, I think you cannot resolve my problem, therefore unfortunately i have to switch to some other service provider. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia (1) When will 5G be completely launched in Delhi. 5G is not available in majority of Delhi. (2) Many areas where 5G is available speed is slow. Only at IGI airport 5G speed is good above 100Mbps download, other areas it is less than 50Mbps
