    @sunilbmittal @airtelindia Airtel team I have escalated the issue re my STB yesterday even today morning also no solution is provided my entire day is wasted why so delay !! Even last month same issues faced, all channels are disappeared very disappointing!!

    @airtelindia my brother’s mobile no is blocked automatically. He is unable to receive call and sms and this number is given every where for banking and online transaction. He is unable to reach Airtel through automated calls or otherwise. Worst service of Airtel. Sic!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why have you launched #airtelblack jus to fool customer. Have request for DTH , Internet & landline on 16th and was told on 17 morning it will be installed. It’s 22nd no call till date. Pathetic service

    Have never started anything as much as I did my @JioCare’s wifi router which is blinking red since morning. @airtelindia as usual ur 4g works worse than GPRS

    @JioCare Today got the Portability done from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to Jio. And your Network is even worst then Airtel. Basis on Trust I opted for Portability but pathetic network. Network Fluctuating with no network and No Service and Data is not working at all.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I mean i already told her to port in prepaid still she ported mi prepaid jio to airtel postpaid. Don't you think that its a fraud. Now forcefully i have to use postpaid. i have to say that Airtel representatives are worst.

    2/2 or try after some time, one another suggestion I want to suggest that if multiple user using your Network and you are unable to provide them high speed then you can suggest them to try another network like @airtelindia , Thanks

    Airtel support can't repair a damaged aritel fiber wire in 2 days and can never resolve a complaint over 200 calls. Never seen such bad customer support. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence very very disappointed with such slow service. Took new connection for dth,BB on 22nd sep. Today still we are struggling to get services Live. Dint expect such pathetic service from a big brand AIRTEL. @airtelindia
