    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Waiting at your fort mumbai branch from the past 20 min yet to be served. No one at the front to guide customer's. When asked for the manager was told he/she is busy on a zoom meeting. Very disappointed

    Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence - I made an advance payment of 12 months for your 300 Mbps Fiber connection in Feb 22, and yet I've been sent a bill 2 months in advance of my plan expiry. On contacting your customer service helpline, I'm receiving incoherent responses.

    @airtelindia The home WiFi at Gurgaon is down since Saturday. Airtel sends SMS about the outage & soon that the problem solved. But it’s been 3 days & it’s not working. Call centre says the problem solved but it’s still not working.

    @jagograhakjago @airtelindia @cpgrams Airtel has illegally blocked my outgoing call and sms on my sim with active valid recharge due to non completion of KYC even though the deadline for KYC is 8th June. This denial of service even after me paying stops me from even porting out.

    @Airtel_Presence Wifi is still not working. Refer to the ID above for more info. Give me a validity extension equivalent to the downtime for the hassle you caused. I was not able to work & your team was not giving a proper timeline for the downtime. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia For the last 5 days I have been unable to use the internet. There is only one option of using the internet is to call someone then only I can use it. Why I have paid 1029 Rs. For the last 5 days your customer support keeps telling me that in 4 hours it will work.
