    Really Pathetic Customer Service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after stopping International Roaming by calling on 121 last month,sending bill with IR charges again.Talking to customer care is really frustrating. Porting is last resort.Hope @JioCare serves better.

    Dear @airtelindia Your network has gone kaput. Call drops, blank patches, no network, no data, have become very common over the past few weeks. People calling me but I don’t even get missed calls. Have you abandoned Bandra West, Mumbai?

    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have not used my DTH for the last 3 months and I am still being charged for the services. To top it all my outgoing calls were suspended. Inspite of repeated requests my bills are being generated Tried calling customer care and to deactivate from Airtel app nothing works

    @airtelindia this is not done. my building is under common connection dish last week i will raise complaint but still not working. If not interested your team solve my problem than i will chenge this to others service provider and also give my money refund

    @airtelindia Despite of paying bills for a good internet. None of our 3 sims have a usable internet speed. Can't stream sports, can't even browser. And surprisingly every way of connecting to customer service has turned into bot. Proves you guys no more care about the CUSTOMER.

    @airtelindia customer care response has become frustratingly bad. That's what a lack of options does: it leaves us to make do with what is less bad available. Despite dues being cleared, service hasn't been resumed. I've been trying to connect for over 96 hours. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi I complained that the internet isn't working, and they assigned a service engineer. I called him, and he said he couldn't fix it today talk tomorrow.He doesn't seem to care that I urgently need the internet for work. S.R 11028919470 is assigned Sanjeev

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , Facing a persistent issue with my broadband connection (Hyderabad – Pragathi Nagar). The junction box is installed inside a neighbour’s property, they are not allowing technicians access for repairs, it’s the 3rd time. Request urgent intervention.

    Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia Despite having an active unlimited recharge plan, could you please clarify why an additional top-up recharge is required to place calls to customer care(Banks/Credit card..etc) numbers?
