Worst telecom Co, Airtel is becoming progressively more dishonest. Every month they keep changing plans to higher amount w/o any request. CS is frustrating exp. Impossible to speak to a human on IVR. This is result of destroying competition @airtelindia @ceo32292863 @VittalGopal

.@airtelindia I have been reporting an issue from airtel store & customer care but no one has resolved the problem yet. I have the CAF number but both Mumbai and Karnataka circle point of contact couldn’t fix it. Can someone from the customer care reply to this tweet?

@airtelindia no network in mobile(9860408284) for last 4 days when visited about this issue to the nearest ARC they said simcard needs to be changed but unfortunately no simcards available with your ARC(Bavdhan/Kothrud) for last 4 days. Suffering like anything. Please resolve

I port from @airtelindia to @reliancejio @JioCare. Proudly say jio isn't reliable bcz of fake promise 1. 95% lower credit limit from what offered 😵 2. Security adjustment in bills nd huge bills compared to airtel even for lower plans 3. Customer care always disconnect your call

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my sim card automatically stopped working. Its just showing emergency calls available. I inserted it in multiple devices to make sure that its not my phone's fault. But its not the phone its the sim. In other devices it shows that sim no found.
