Every time I ask, I get vague responses or blank stares. Nobody seems to understand that this is not just an inconvenience, it’s a critical service delay. 2. @airtelindia , this is unacceptable. Customers should not have to waste hours at your store for something as basic as number activation. I am requesting immediate intervention to SORT THIS ON SPOT. 3. Distance from their office and ours was just 200 meters, that too tower installed, but still NO networks.
