    @airtelindia I am using airtel sim from last 20 yrs & platinum member with four connection home and office both. As there was network issues of airtel & connectivity was poor. I opted for an internet connection through a fixed line so i converted my plan to Airtel black but i regert it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you are pathetic. There is no network since evening in my area, Sabalgarh morena Madhya Pradesh and your customer care says it will be resolved in 15 days. He can't even tell if there is network failure or not. My all work is stuck. Do something.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why you don’t have an option to update the address on your app. I am finding so difficult to change my address for my postpaid connection being a platinum member this is not a kind of experience and service I am looking for.

    @airtelindia You can't rely on VI for decent internet. You can't rely on JIO for decent internet. You can't rely on BHARTI AIRTEL for decent internet. Airtel can't even steam 240p video of YouTube smoothly. You people have nicely trapped the customer. When all is bad where will customer go?

    @airtelindia I have just converted my connection to black its been just one week 5th time my wifi stop working & when requested to disconnect my broadband connection they r asking me to pay money.. i was told first month is free there customer care executive are so ****** rude worst service
