    Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

    @airtelindia is running a scam where if you have an active unlimited plan and recharge with another unlimited plan of different amount, both plan becomes active which means customer has to pay double for the same call. Worst is that customer care is very arrogant...

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I also asked Airtel to provide any temporary solution. Even an alternative recharge that could temporarily restore calling services. They refused. They said they couldn't recommend any recharge or guarantee that it would activate the number. So they offered no backup at all.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I requested Airtel to share the investigation details and updates through email. That request was also refused. Even today they cannot answer: What is the actual issue? What work has been completed? Why did this happen?

    If you cannot provide proper services then shut down your wifi business. Your workers are useless it's middle of the week my wifi is not working your worker came and told we will fix in 2hrs it has been 3 hrs now and they are not picking out calls. @airtelindia
