    Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

    @airtelindia your AI chatbot is of no use. I tried to chat with your support agent but the chatbot is keep on bringing me to the main menu. If your nonsense chatbot is not able to understand the user's query then it should redirect the chat to human agent. Don't harash the user.

    @RajaSubramani22 @airtelindia Hi! To disconnect your Airtel broadband: Open Airtel Thanks app → select your broadband → Help & Support → Broadband → Disconnection (or Manage Services). Submit request with reason. Or call 121/198 from your registered Airtel number, request cancellation, and note the SR ID. It usually processes in 3-7 days. They may ask why—stay firm if you're sure.
