If your nonsense chatbot is not able to understand the user's query then it should redirect the chat to human agent. Don't harash the user.

Or call 121/198 from your registered Airtel number, request cancellation, and note the SR ID. It usually processes in 3-7 days. They may ask why—stay firm if you're sure.
