    Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia "Already using Airtel Broadband at Chennasandiram Village, Hosur (TN) but system shows 'No Service' for a second connection. Sent email to Nodal Officer but received no reply. Please resolve this technical feasibility issue.

    @Airtel_Presence Ask your guy to come and pick up your installed garbage and go asap pathetic service from @airtelindia and make sure you stop your stupid 24x7 chat bot customer service and have a real human person aot there to take call and resolve customer issue.     Dear @airtelindia , will you check that why 5G unlimited pack on my number is disabled whether mobile supports 5G and 5G unlimited pack also. It was working good till last months. Your customer service has enable for few days and again it stopped. @TRAI

    Airtel 5G network is very poor in Hampasagara 2. The 5G signal may show, but the internet speed and stability are not good at all. Please check the nearby Airtel tower/network and improve the 5G service in this area. @airtelindia @airtelindia

    @airtelindia It is very disappointing to hear that an 85-year-old senior citizen is being asked to visit your store for KYC. For a new connection, Airtel can send a representative to the customer’s home for KYC, so why can’t the same facility be provided to an elderly customer?
