    Very weak network provided by @airtelindia in jharsuguda and Bargarh of Odisha. I think it's better to switch over other network.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia IPTV Order ID: 46WNBTCPVC. Day 8 and Airtel still can't complete a basic IPTV installation. Repeated complaints led to NO replies. Shameful customer service & utter disregard for customers' time. Is this what Airtel Black subscribers pay for?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airplane mode and restarting the device only provide a temporary fix. Since this issue started only in the last 15 days and was not present before, I request Airtel to investigate there have been any changes to the nearby tower, network optimization, or coverage in my area.

    @airtelindia @AirtelServ30428 @airtelnews 24+ hrs internet outage on Airtel Black. Promised resolution at 3 PM, 9 PM, 11 AM, and now 3 PM again. No fix, only changing timelines. My work and meetings are affected. Unacceptable service.

    @rutu609 @JioCare @airtelindia network is pathetic. I m from Chennai, call quality is fine. But 4G speed is pathetic. Last week was in Bangalore suburb. Again 4G speed was very low. At times, was very difficult even to connect calls

    hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why you have made it mandatory to have recharge of minimum ₹199 to receive important msgs like adhar otp bank otp etc. why ? there should be facility to have a very minimal amount to resume atleast messaging service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews As a long-time postpaid customer paying ₹2000/month, I expect my new eSIM to support the same services as before—Airtel Priority & 5G standalone calling. But it now says 'SIM not supported.' This shouldn't happen. Kindly assist. #CustomerCare
