Very bad customer service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence just to confirm Esim request, spent 3 hours with no success due to bug in auto-calls from Airtel. They force customers to call 121 which also has multiple bugs. No way you can talk to real human in Airtel support!

15 years of using @airtelindia broadband ends today! Absolutely the worst service here in Gurgaon Sohna Road now You might as well fire your so called tech team of backend, Akshay, Manoj, Shashi Vijay and replace them with clowns If you can't shift a connection 2km in 7 days

@airtelindia Don't believe in Airtel or buy any of it service it's really th worst service I ever seen in Dehradun..I am using xtream since 5 month and th service is really pathetic..local vendors are providing good service .no customer care .
