    @airtelindia & @Airtel_Presence I bought a camera device from airtelxsafe at 28th March at the time of purchase your executive ensured installation will complete within 24-48 hr but still installation is not completed. I didn't expect brands like Airtel to have such poor service.

    Airtel Xtream fiber sucks as always. From morning its not working properly, when I try to reach the technician all of them switched off there phones. When I tried complaining on airtel app it's server is down. Worst service & user experience. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I paid for an airtel connection 2 days ago and I haven’t gotten any engineer to install. I have called customer care 6-7 times. They give me an appointment and then no one shows up. Please refund if this is your level of service. #customerexperience #CustomerService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From last 7 days the Airtel Xstream service is not working at all at my place. Since last week I'm continuously getting messages that due to technical error the service will be inactive but not one day the internet is working.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence More than 20 disruptions in the less than 2 years of having airtel broadband at my place. At times, it has taken >a week to get things sorted. Currently again there is a disruption but the engineers are not responding. Please help. Thanks.

    @airtelindia Number of times I registered complaint abou internet issue, but no any call received from Airtel And not resolved my issue But I am paying 239 per month to Airtel For getting incoming calls only I cannot call or use internet @airtelindia is very bad 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
