    Today @reliancejio fiber has outage for entire day in Noida. I reported the issue at 11.30 but no update from them. No one visited on check the problem. They are going BSNL way. Pathetic service, rude service agents. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @Tauhidalam2k14 @airtelindia I faced the same problem. My complain was registered on 17th Nov 2020, and it's been 9 months, these morons couldn't provide a solution. Despite having a 4G connection, I had to opt for separate broadband. Quit Airtel as I have. They will turn your life in a nightmare.

    @airtelindia You guys don't give proper network and enjoying with customers money ina big way by launching new. First improve your network and then do publicty. Worst network ever . Worst customer service . Totally nonsense
