My sim is active but my internet was not working so I visited airtel store near my residence. The official person at official airtel store told me to change the sim card and charged 25rs. If the problem is from your end why do we have to pay for it?? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia how do I reactivate my wallet services? There is no menu to in 121 and so connected to sms services The rep transferred me to wallet services where no one is picking up. I understand 50% staff are only allowed,but I fail to understand why no staff are available?
