    @ImViikram @airtelindia Which area / city is this, airtel is being worst from past 3 months frequent line cut and everytime have to follow up multiple times. For us also since 26 the network is down and worst customer care

    🚨 Airtel Scam Alert! @airtelindia I specifically recharged my plan for the advertised 6-month Apple Music benefit. Airtel shows it as claimed but Apple Music isn’t activated Recover Account gives a code but Redeem does nothing Customer care hasn’t helped. Please resolve

    @airtelindia How do I speak to a human? Your AI voice support/chat cannot seem to help resolve my issue. I just want to change a phone number which is postpaid/Airtel one to prepaid. I have been trying to get this done for 3-4 days; nothing helps.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel is on the verge of end in terms of customer services, the brand known for its commitment is loosing its goodwill because of inefficient team. Very disappointed with the worse services. Its a time to change i guess.
