@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Contd.. When we called the call center, the advisor takes in the info and when we asked for conversing with the supervisor, the advisor disconnects the call.. This puts your image in bad position.. Please advise if something can be done !!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia We want a better internet provider and thinking you could provide (ACT didn't work either) better service we paid Rs. 2500 (rental) + Rs. 799 (plan).. after receiving d payt, advisor says connection not feasible! The guy isn't receiving the call!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence having ur net connection has become a headache. Can't complaint there is no system to log a complaint in ur app. It does take u to idiotic chat which never understands the problem. Number dialed to talk to advisor never connects. #AirtelDown
