SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. My Case: I took an overseas package for 1 month and got billed twice in an interval of 1 minute. My bank auto-paid both. It took me 1 month to convince them to refund the duplicate payment. Next, the 1-month package did not work at all wasted time making it work, but no luck. They charged more at the international rate for two days, as my phone was on even after the expiry of the package. On return, I asked them to look into the case and give me the details of the usage, if any, but today they have sent me the bill which was auto-paid, plus the addition for 2 days, plus the rental charges twice with a request to pay. This is problem solving for Airtel for a loyal customer.
